The Waterfront Spa at Seaside — Local services in North Vancouver

The spa was clean, and the massage was excellent. However, I thought I had booked the RMT massage, not realizing that you cannot book that online. Nowhere does it tell you on the price list or as you proceed through the online booking that you must call in and request the RMT service.

I am disappointed as I cannot claim this massage under my coverage now and am out of pocket more than $200 for the service with the tax and tip. I didn't find out that I was booked for the wrong massage until after the service.

If you want the RMT service, you have to call in, which, again, is not stated anywhere on the list of available services. I mistakenly thought that, given they offer the RMT massage, that is what I was getting. It was the same price as the Body Rescue, which is what I received. I would not have booked with them had I known they couldn't offer it without an expressed request over the phone.

This lack of warning that you must call in for an RMT is an oversight on their website. It should be clearly stated on the price list and online booking that they don't offer the RMT massage unless you call in and request it.

They should update their price list and online booking platform to expressly warn clients that the RMT service is not...

I booked a reservation on February 28th with this spa for two massages for tomorrow. They emailed me today cancelling, enough professionalism wasn't even had to pick up a phone and make a call. I understand that times are different now a days, but the reason I was given for cancelling on short notice via email was not something I think was reasonable. If you don't want to work during these times, don't. Nonetheless I will not be attending this spa in the future or tomorrow. I would have handled the issue differently if I was in their position.

Just wanted to follow up on the response as below. Monday March 1 my phone number was provided on my confirmation of email to this spa. Therefore stating "we did not have your phone number on file" is inaccurate. Lastly you never asked me "to email my phone so" you "could further explain". A.) My phone number was given a week and a half prior. B.) there is nothing but bold face lies in your response. Just a suggestion next time, if you're going to lie, at least make sure the other person doesn't have proof. Definitely will not come to...

The beautiful moment unfolds here, as if watching the dark clouds gradually dissipate, the strength intensified in the most appropriate rhythm, just like the sun awakening people's hope from the gap of those dark clouds.
