Edit: response from owner should tell you everything you need to know about this brand--they blame the customer and gaslight and claim that because it didn't make them personally ill, that it's fine. And just because they have a record of one purchase under one email, that doesn't account for buying in stores and from multiple retailers like Natura over the year, but nice try. I even bought these for my parents because I thought they were that good previous to thus horrid experience of food poisoning from them. I tried multiple cans on multiple different days, over the span of months, since I recieved no reply for months, and EACH and EVERY single time it made me sick in the exact same way. I still have two cases I haven't touched that I will be sending for testing since they claimed they were going to send them for testing but instead just drank them. I've had another family member try a can, just a small amount and he also was ill. This brand is not to be trusted. There are multiple other great oat milk coffee brands out there with customer service 20x better than this for a better price. Beware--I was incredibly loyal to this brand for over a year and on my last order they sent me a bad batch--I had unbearable stomach pain and sickness every time I consumed a can. I had stocked up as I usually do and when I told them this they offered to take some back to test it, and then I didn't hear from them again. Only after reaching out twice did they finally respond, claiming they found nothing wrong and offering to send me a new box or refund me for one box (when I had ordered four, having sampled from all four and been made sick from all four). All I asked for was a full refund--after buying their products exclusively for over a year--and they couldn't even do that after their products made me sick to my stomach multiple times. I’ve bought beans from here twice so far and I’m throughly impressed! Both orders consisted of 3 different bags each and I haven’t found one I wasn’t a fan of yet. Ive purchased beans from a lot of the large roasters around Toronto/the GTA and their Ethiopian Shakiso has got to be my favourite bean for brewing espresso yet. I’ve never been able to find a flavour like that before. Don’t get me wrong, all of their other beans including their house and dark roasts are fantastic as well but I can’t get enough of the Shakiso! My only wish is that they were open later/on the weekend but what can you do, thats what delivery is for! I loved there products and was a monthly subscriber for almost a year. Keep in mind Im local and there is a local next bussiness day delivery option which i selected. In April my order didnt come and online it said there was an error. When I emailed to check they just said let me look into it and didnt get back to me. I have since had two orders that do not ship as they claim and they do not respond to emails about. The last one they claimed as shipped on May 13, but didnt actually give it to Purolator until May 27. I sent 3 emails asking that if there is a supply problem to at least let me know rather than claiming they ship things they dont and again got no response.
