Kelly and Kyle, new owners of Cheesecake 101, are knocking it right out of the park. I saw their announcement that they had taken over the business, just before my 50th birthday - perfect timing to order custom cake! I had two very specific ideas, and they not only met, but completely exceeded my expectations. On the day of my party, they showed up at my door with an 8" dark chocolate cheesecake with fresh raspberries ("more bitter more better!" was what I asked for and it WAS, thanks to Kyle), and a 6" Grand Marnier cheesecake with a gingersnap crust (the ginger crust was a great idea, Kelly) and, of course, fresh raspberries. These cakes were incredible. The texture was gorgeous, the fruit was pristine, and the flavours were impeccable. I served them with prosecco, espresso and brandy - perfection! Thank you so much, Cheesecake 101(a)! You have started a new tradition...and I've already started dreaming up my next custom order!

Even after I offered to pick it up. The cheesecake was ranted and raved about by everyone who tried it. Highly recommend. I’ve always had multiple of their one bite cheesecakes from Save on and Discovery Foods. I wouldn’t buy a cheesecake in Campbell River from anyone else. Highly recommend.

Ordered a birthday cheesecake and it was absolutely amazing! She made a peanut butter, chocolate, reeces pieces style and let me tell you— it was a HIT! Not only visually stunning but so delicious. Rich with flavour! The size served our party and everyone got seconds because we just couldn’t resist! The owner was super responsive & sweet to work with.
