Extremely impressed with this place. We live quite a distance, otherwise we'd be there on a regular basis. First thing, we went a few months ago & the owner came around from the corner when we walked in, saw we wearing masks & immediately put her mask on. I found that to be so accommodating and respectful. She then started telling us about the products and ingredients. Extremely knowledgeable about people with celiac disease often having food allergies. We purchased several things, we bought a bunch of baked goods they made, a jar of wildflower honey and some products they had brought in - everything was amazing and the prices are prob the best I've ever seen. Stopped in on a whim and SO glad I did. Anyone who is gluten free knows that your standards of "good" become lower as you adjust lol Everything I ate from here wasn't just "good- for gluten free" it was delicious! I had a cheese scone that was just coming out of the oven and it was perfect. Crumbly but moist and so buttery and cheesy tasting. Pecan square and mini cheesecake both tasted just like the best gluten containing products. I tried 2 kinds of cookies as well and both were so good. We are visiting from out of town and as a Celiac this place is paradise. When we first walked in I knew by the smell I was in for greatness. The carrot muffin had the best texture I’ve ever experienced, gf or not and the flavor to match. The cannoli being something I expected to never eat again as a celiac was completely the same as what I recall from the days before celiac.
