Alter Eat-o Foods — Restaurant in Guelph

A friend recommended Alter-Eat-O for some sweet treats around Christmas so when I popped in for my first visit I was pleasantly surprised to see the variety of savoury dishes. I tried a little of everything and it was so good (to the point that I think I’ve had 4 visits in three weeks!). I’ve had keto food from at least three other places and this is hands down my favourite. I’ve been keto for five years and have never found a place where I would go back again and again because the food is just that good before now!

After chatting with the lovely sisters who own the business I learned that they select quality ingredients which is important to me as there are too many “fake” keto items out there today. You won’t find fake here…their flavours and textures are well put together and I am really enjoying the meals and treats I’ve purchased. Nothing is bland or boring. Honestly the BEST Keto products hands down that I have ever tried! I live in Ayr and happily make the 45 minute drive and stock up when I do! Never disappointed. To top it off, best customer service to date. There was a slight delay in my delivery just because of time of year ( Christmas season) so busier time and some workers off sick etc and the owner did everything they could to rectify this issue and personally delivered my order to make up for all of the confusion. LOVE LOVE LOVE Alter-Eato!! There is not one thing I’ve ordered that has been disappointing. Not one. I know that I can order with confidence with the trust that everything will be delicious and meet those cravings. Dinners made easy, sweet tooth satisfied.
