Treats Bakery — Restaurant in Nunavut

Neets Treats is a phenomenal baker and artist! I have hired Neets Treats for multiple special occasions including birthdays, anniversaries and of course my bridal shower and wedding. I can still recall my first cake order with Neets Treats which was 10 years ago! My first order with Neets Treats was amazing, it tasted and looked great.  From that moment forward Neeta's remained my go to cake artist! Over the past 10 years every time we've ordered a cake or baked goodies from Neeta her products have always been delicious and looked spectacular! Over the years, guests at our celebrations have always given us endless compliments on how good the cakes tasted and looked! I am a very detail oriented person, so when I thought about who would make my bridal shower cake + goodies and my wedding cake there was no doubt in my mind that it would be Neets Treats. Neeta’s attention to detail is beyond many others (from what I’ve seen) and it is her attention to detail and professionalism which makes her the best of the best. When I first saw the dessert table she created at my bridal shower and my bridal shower cake, I was in awe! And then ofcourse at our reception when my husband and I walked in our eyes went straight to the cake, I mean it was the star of the show! It was completely flawless  stunning head to toe! I will never forget that moment I was truly speechless! Neeta, thank you for making us the wedding cake of our dreams! (I have attached a few pics for anyone who wants to see the masterpiece she created) Neeta always out does herself, she puts her heart and soul into her designs, she takes her work seriously and most importantly she cares about her clients. There is nothing more special than to have a wedding vendor like Neeta who puts herself in her clients shoes, she only creates what she herself would be happy with.

I hate to write negative reviews for businesses, but if you are spending lots of time and money for your special day, be very careful who you are dealing with.

I had a horrible experience with Neet's Treats. She completely forgot to make my bridal shower cake which was confirmed in advance and paid for. I was heartbroken and pretty embarrassed in front of my family and friends on that day, specially when this is one of your special days in life. My friend rushed to a bakery nearby and grabbed a cake for me. I had already paid the deposit for my wedding cake and was not able to cancel, since it was too close to my wedding day and I was worried not to find any other person on a short notice. Unfortunately, Neeta did not had the courtesy and manner to honour even a penny off for my wedding cake or giving me any sort of refund. The wedding cake was luckily delivered but at the end of the day, my husband and I were very upset with her service. I would never order from here ever again. They ruined my order twice. First time, they put nuts in my cake when we had told them we were allergic to nuts. The second time we made the grave mistake of giving them a second chance and ordering from them again, they literally gave us another family’s cake with the wrong name on it for our baby shower. When asked them to fix the name as it was a completely different name for someone else, Neetha told us that it was our fault, we never specified a name, we were stuck with this name and we could try to remove the lettering and fix this ourselves if we really wanted. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a bakery and is definitely not worth the money we are paying for. Use this bakery at your own risk. I would stay away from them for any special events. Don’t let them ruin your special moment.
