I had an incredible experience with Tilak and the entire physio team. Tilak, my physiotherapist, was absolutely amazing - he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate throughout my entire treatment. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure that I understood the process every step of the way. His expertise in physiotherapy was truly evident and his care made a world of difference in my recovery.

Jen, my PT, was equally impressive. She was always laid back and inviting, and I felt completely at ease during our sessions. She was incredibly patient and supportive, and she always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and making progress. Her positive energy and encouragement helped me stay motivated and focused throughout my entire journey.

The receptionist staff was also outstanding. They were always so understanding and service oriented, and they made the entire process seamless from start to finish. They were always available to answer any questions I had and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

I recently completed my first experience at this clinic, and I can honestly say it was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism. I truly believe the person at the front desk is the face of any clinic, and in this case, their kindness and dedication made me feel better day by day.

My physiotherapist, Tilak, he not only has a wealth of knowledge but also took the time to explain everything clearly and guide me through exercises that were both effective and easy to follow. I also had massage therapy sessions with Thiru, who was equally amazing. He had just the right pressure and an intuitive ability to find the exact areas of tension.

I’ve been coming to CBI health now for a few months following an accident causing injury to my elbow and every single staff member here has been so amazing, I feel so welcomed and comfortable. In addition to that, my progress with my elbow rehabilitation has been incredible, I’m so happy with my progress! Talik has been so patient and understanding throughout all stages of my recovery and customizing exercises to allow for a comfortable yet effective rehabilitation. He’s helped me get back to my daily activities, something I didn’t think was possible with the injury I initially walked in with. In addition, reception has been outstanding with regards to accommodating schedules and coordinating additional appointments to aid in my recovery.
