Oakville's Finest Butchery — Local services in Oakville

I went for the first time yesterday. The people that worked there were friendly and knowledgeable. Bought a couple steaks, pies, and sausages to try out the place. Will definitely be going back. The pies were stuffed with quality meat and gravy! Had the steaks for dinner. They could be the best steaks I have ever had. I only used olive oil and steak spice and they melted in my mouth! Haven’t yet tried the sausages.

Update. Purchased skirt steaks today. Never cooked with them before. They are amazing. Will be using this cut more often. I overcooked a bit but...

A Robbie Burns dinner would not be proper without haggis and what a treat it was to have haggis from Oakville's Finest Butchery. A quick "panic" phone call to the Butcher and he was able to settle things down with cooking times and temperatures. End result was an address to the haggis complete with steam and a rich taste like no other I've had. A 15 year tradition in our home and you capped off a special evening with a crown. I went to the Butchery for the first time this afternoon and I’m impressed! The staff is very friendly and the product is top notch. Tonight we’re having the lamb kabobs which smell incredible. The selection is impressive of meats; meat pies; sauces and marinades and so much more!! Tomorrow I start smoking the pork butt on the Egg. Bring on the weekend.
