I honestly didn't want to add any star at all but it's required to post a review.... I went to... place last year.. twice with my two childen. . Ordered a cheeseburger for myself and it was just nasty! Tasted like something from the garbage and smelled like a rotten dead squirrel (no exaggeration) and yes. I bit into it after smelling it.. giving it a chance and after tasting it I couldn't take anothe bit.. my children haD spaghetti and chicken strips and couldn't stomach it. And they are no fussy eaters. I was upset because of the prices and we were all wasting food and money.. so I tasted the spaghetti (bc really, HOW on earth can anyone get tha wrong... Esp at a restaurant)...well!? I couldn't even force them to eat it. ... I've never tasted anything like it. My 3 year old son had a disgusted expression and said "yuck mommy it tastes weird" and my 6 year old daughter (who has a weak stomach towards bad smells and taste) literally threw up in her mouth and ran to the washroom to spit and vomit.. it was inedible.. disgusting... the meat sauce was a dark brown and I would not give that to my worst enemy... ok.. maybe I would.. Anyway, My mother had gone to the same restaurant just yesterday! She told me the name of the place and it rang a bell but didn't realize what it was until it was too late... if I had known I would've told her to run for her life! Seriously. She ordered her food and called me and told me it was disgusting. Worst she ever had... I laughed and told her I wouldnt be surprised if she woke up sick............ As I am typing this (lividly) an ambulance is on its way to pick my mother up from the mall she went too.. all morning her stomach was hurting really badly.. she called me crying.. sitting over the toilet her stomach trying to evacuate which ever poisen they fed her. Loose and uncontrollable bowel and vomiting non stop... about an hour after it settled just enough for her to go out and run errands as she is in the process of moving today!! She thought she was good enough... but then it hit her stronger than ever... she called me screaming from the washroom floor in the mall with people around her trying to comfort her. And I can hear the pain in her voice. I am enraged!!!! WHY IS THIS DISGUSTING HELL WHOLE STILL OPEN!!! it's going to kill someone one day. They distroyed the chicken parm I had.. I couldn't eat it. My kids wouldn't either... how can you ruin chicken breasts with cheese on it. How do u manage to make it so gross you cant even force it down!.. and the fries! My children love fries....couldn't eat it.. my daughter asked "why does everything taste so weird"!!! After almost $100 later for only 3 meals of what is probably skunk or racoon meat, my poor mother is now on her way to the emergency room... I just read some of the other reviews on different sites about this restaurant and apparently she is not the only one who has gone throught this! !!! Unbelievable! I wish I could warn everyone. And I will be taking measures to let it be known that it is a dangerous place to eat. But I also hope everyone sees the reviews before thinking about stepping foot into that place. Their meat is not meat. Their sauce is not sauce.. the cheese! No taste and I tried hard to mask the burnt and extremely dried out chicken taste with the cheese and I seriously couldn't bare it. I would love to get our money back. We are all beyonD livid.disgusted and turned off..... Please save yourself and ur family and friends if you love them...and warn them.. post it on your fb or or social media statuses.... It is...

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went tonight with my husband. I ordered a glass of water and he a Coke. I had drabkhalf my cup of water befire realizing the glass was dirty and there was things floating in my glass. I asked the waitress for another glass if water and showed her the floating stuff. She apologized and brought another. Again this glass if water also had stuff floating in it and I could now see that the ice cubes had some brown spots so I'm thinking the floating things were coming from the ice cubes. My husband's glass was also dirty near the rim but I'm sure if it wasn't a Coke he had ordered we would be seeing floating dirt in his glass too. So we didn't say anything else and just didn't drink anymore. I ordered chicken tenders and fries and my husband a burger and fries. His burger was ok although he's tasted better. My chicken tenders on the other hand were tasteless. When the plate first arrived u said to muhusbad these don't look like tenders but looked like fish to be honest. But when I cut it I could see it was chicken. The batter was honestly tasteless and the chicken had no flavour. The fries were ok at least. But I was already turnedodf by the dirty water that I really didn't have an appetite. I had 1 of 3 tenders and a handful of fries. My plate was still full of fries and the other 2 tenders. I was actually shocked when the waitress brought the bill and we paid and didn't offer me a to go container or even bothered to ask if I wanted the rest to go. Although I definitely would not have eaten the rest if the food she didn't know that. She most certainly should have asked if I wanted to take the rest home. Any other restaurant totally would have. I didn't bother asking for a container and we just paid and left. As a waitress if you see I haven't touched my 2nd glass of water or my husband's coke was still full, would you not ask of it was ok as she knew I sent back the 1st water for having stuff floating it. Or better yet look in the glass before you bring me another...

In town briefly to meet up with someone and they were running behind schedule. This little restaurant was a great find (despite one wee upset). We had 30 minutes to kill .... and I can always eat.

This place was a little time warp, if you will. I was expecting The Fonz to show up or Al from the kitchen with his "yup, yup, yup ..". The jukebox at the front door was broken but that was fine because the music already playing was perfect as was the decor.

I had read a review from the fall of 2022 that they had no veggies. I bring this up because I ordered avocado toast and I wish she had said "we are out of avocado, sorry" because the lunch I was served had rotten avocado on it. Now I understand avocado is hard to keep and it's ripe for a very short period of time, but if you're going to serve avocado toast you need to have that perfected. The black spots were very unattractive. Some slices were completely black and most were spotty. Only a couple small slices were in fact edible. When the chef (?) discovered the avocado had gone rotten, the waitress really ought to have been honest with me and suggested another meal choice. She saw me bee-bopping and singing in my chair, enjoying the posters on the wall, why would she serve me, quite literally, a rotting lunch? Attempts to hide the blackened avocado were done with a lovely balsamic vinegar glaze poured all over. I did leave the rotting pieces on the plate on display so they could see their mistake. Did she say anything when she gave us our bill? No. Should she have asked? Probably. But what's that old line, "don't ask questions you don't want the answer to" ...

BUT!!! My husband came to my rescue! Because my husband will never turn down a Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich, I was in luck! I didn't go hungry. His sandwich was done right. Massive. As it...
