Subway — Restaurant in Oakville

I specifically asked for no dairy multiple times even told them I was allergic to it and it was like they didn't even understand the words coming out of my mouth, when I got my order I was half way through 1 of my 6inch of my footlong sub and realized they put dairy in my sandwich when I told them about my allergy. I ended up having to take myself to the hospital and over the past 3 days I've lost 15lbs and have been extremely sick. How can they do this to someone especially when you were told multiple time !!!"NO DAIRY, I'M ALLERGIC TO IT"!!! The manager said well just make you a new one after I've already eaten something that I cannot which shouldn't have been in my sandwich. I was told "the employee couldn't understand English"... why on earth are you serving someone when you can't understand what they are saying to you.. The lady was questionable! My gift card didn't work and she had the audacity to question if I had enough change after I gave a $5 bill. Ordered the same thing that I always order (I love subway) and this place gave less meatballs with the bare minimum sauce. When I asked for more, she gave just a touch. They also gave less bacon than other locations. They didn't want to make anymore bread for the day. Which I get, still didn't want to take a chance, so I had it toasted. The fountain drink was warm, which was scary. The sandwich was ok, but I'm not happy and will definitely never return Should have...

Excellent staff, really on the ball. I've hit this place up a few times on my way in to school with my kids when we didn't have time to make lunches.

Fast, efficient, and very happy to make things the way your picky kids want them, this location is worth the stop.

In the school rush in the mornings it's almost always empty as they just opened and it has never taken me longer than 5 minutes from order to payment.
