I have had nothing but a great experience with this place until today. My girlfriend and I have frequently gone to this location and have usually been met with decent service and good food. However, today was unacceptable. Not only did we have to wait 45 minutes to get our food, but two other customers were also served before us (one family of four, and two individuals with larger orders). When I confronted the staff to make sure there was no confusion I was rudely interrupted and told to wait patiently as the employee was "busy" taking an order they had not yet started. If it was a particularly busy night I would absolutely understand the hold up, but tonight was the complete opposite. Upon receiving our order the employee gave us a "complimentary" sweet and sour sauce, although not enough to completely fix this situation it would have been a nice gesture, if I had not already paid for an extra sweet and sour sauce with the receipt to prove it. Overall this experience has left me with a very sour taste in my mouth and I will not be giving any more business to this establishment as they obviously have no consideration for returning patrons. First time ordering here and they didn't have a lot of the items ready so it was a 25 min wait. I got a crunchy chicken sandwich, biscuits, chicken nuggets, regular fries, cheesecake, coleslaw and grilled burger. The biscuits were nice and fluffy. The fries was really good, crispy but a bit greasy. The chicken nuggets was good. Kind of reminded me of Wendy's nuggets. The chicken sandwich was decent, but I have had better. I didn't care for the coleslaw. It looked creamy, but the taste was there for me. I had asked for a mild grilled burger with no jalepenos. The cashier never mentioned anything when I said that. When I got the sandwich it was extremely spicy and there were jalepenos on it. After that one bite I couldn't eat it. My husband asked what they could do and they said they couldn't do anything as it only comes in spicy. No one had mentioned this to me beforehand, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it. My husband end up eating half just so it wouldn't go to waste but had to cool himself down with plenty of drinks due to the amount of spice in it. Considering it is the only grilled burger option, I wish they had offered a mild option.
