I truly regret coming to this place. I ordered two drinks at the self-service terminal, and from the pictures, it looked like they both contained tapioca pearls. After picking up the drinks and leaving, I was shocked to find that one of them had a strange substance floating in it — definitely not pearls. It looked unappetizing and undrinkable through a straw. On top of that, the tea was extremely bitter.

I returned to the store to ask for a replacement, as I couldn’t drink it. At first, it was even a bit frightening not knowing what was inside. I expected some basic level of customer service — at least a replacement or a refund — but instead, the staff member was rude and dismissive. He told me he wouldn’t do anything about it and asked me to just leave.

Is that really how you treat customers? There was zero effort to resolve the issue or ensure I left satisfied. He later claimed it was just "some kind of jelly," but how is a customer supposed to drink a solid piece of jelly through a straw?

In any case, my mood was ruined, and the experience was very unpleasant.

Great tea selection. Service has been much faster in the last few weeks than when the store first opened, and now is a good system within the co-vid way of life. Unfortunately I have had 4 separate issues with this location specifically, where they have made my order incorrectly. The most recent time, I went back to request a tea without sugar (as was ordered), and was rudely told that "all pearl teas have sugar". When I clarified that while I understand the pearl itself is sweetened, the tea itself should not have been, I again was challenged on my order and had to wait so they they could confirm my order themselves before agreeing to remake a new drink for me. I also think there might be an issue with the wrong orders coming in from the online ordering system - I keep receiving milk even when I order a fresh tea and request no milk in the comments.
