To Whom it my concern;
The experience that I had at the Tim Hortons located at the corner of Tecumseh, and Howard in Windsor Ontario, was the poorest customer service I've ever experienced my entire life until this point. The person that waited on me was the most ignorant person I've ever had the misfortune of waiting on myself, as well as my friend. I thought Tim Hortons was supposed to be a customer satisfaction based business, and in my life over the past almost 40 years, I have never had this degree of unexceptionally insulting, and degrading treatment in my entire existence. He yelled at his colleague in a manner to wich i was taken aback, and astounded with his lack of proper etiquette, and extremely ignorant. I tried to ask him how his day was thus far, and basically mid sentence rolled his eyes turned his back to me, and walked away, Then ignored me for the next three to four minutes, during wich he yelled at his colleague. I find this Behavior to be very juvenile, extremely unacceptable for the field to which he has been employed in. I would be ashamed to have him as an employee in my business, representing my company, in fact I would not have anyone with this type of ignorance and lack of professionalism ever working in my business establishment whatsoever. In fact I think Tim Hortons should be paid to employ him. I just hope that the other Tim Hortons employees across the globe, take his poor behavior as an example of everything that you should not do while working in a customer service based position. The manager should fire him on site. Nobody deserves to be treated the way he was treating his co-workers, and the way I was treated while in their establishment, regardless of their social status. If I were the owner of this company I would do a serious once over of the way my people were treating their colleagues, and the patrons that loyally visit each, and every day.
Please Tim Hortons CEO's let this be the only place this degrading behavior is happening, and please from the bottom of my heart do something to correct this issue, before you lose business.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreTim Hortons customer service has been on a steady decline for the past few years, but this morning was by far my worst experience yet.
This location was filthy and unorganized by 9:30am and the staff had zero leadership or structure. After paying for my food I found myself in a group of five or so customers waiting to be served our simple breakfast sandwiches and coffee. After about ten minutes of watching a clearly untrained employee attempt to complete orders, she was left with no support and fell way behind. In a desperat attempt she started making her own sandwich creations and expected us to take the sandwiches and go. After 3 or so failed attempts she started packaging the incorrect meals for drivethrough customers in an attempt to catch up. 20 minutes into this catastrophe I found my self running out of time and had to leave to return to work. I had to leave without any of the food I paid for, and was disgusted with the whole experience.
Tim Hortons clearly has a business structure that works, they are a very successful chain restaurant that has displayed exponential growth year after year. This location however is poorly opperated and maintained. My experience at this location may not be the norm but I will not return to this store. I hope there is some follow up regarding these poor reviews as Tim Hortons continues to expand there franchise and allowing standard to slip. Thank you for taking the time to read my review and I hope this is another progressive step forward towards Tim Hortons focusing on the customer service issues we have all come to expect from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't usually go to this Tim's but my son was at an appointment down the street and I needed to go someplace quick for a bite to eat so I could return to my son. Let's start with there was nothing quick about this Tim's. They didn't have coffee made so I waited for that. Then I watched as 4 people worked the drive thru and no one was getting my food. Finally a girl turned around and asked what I was waiting for then proceeded to make it while still making the drive thru orders. My biscuit sat on the counter getting cold. Then she slapped it together and handed it to me. I asked that she warm it up because I already knew it was ice cold. I then asked if bacon was on it because I didn't see her put it on. She turned around and very snarky said "yes there is bacon on it". I will tell you that I was not rude nor was I impatient ever in my tone so to have this response from her was absolutely unnecessary. There was no apology for the wait or for the fact that they didn't even remember my order. When I went to eat my breakfast sandwich the bacon was so undercooked that I couldn't even bite through it. I just ended up throwing it away because I had to get back to my son. I didn't bother to go back in and complain because if I got an attitude for just asking a simple question then I can't imagine what I would get for complaining about my food. I paid way too much money to be treated like crap and to be given...
