My wife and I went in to Pommier Jewellers today to meet with Angele to discuss a repair to my wife's wedding band. Upon our arrival a young lady greeted us immediately upon our arrival and welcomed us to the store. Angele met with us and explained the options and advised the Jeweller would look at the ring and advise us of what would be required. As we were leaving the store , Angele called out to my wife and gave her a Potted Plant for Mother's Day. Walking down the street , a man called out to us and said " That's a nice plant from Pommier Jewellers " with a big smile. I assumed it was the owner. This is an excellent establishment. The Pommier Family are the real deal. Andre designed my original engagement and wedding band 28 years ago. We have come to the store for all our purchases and repairs ever since and have never been disappointed with their workmanship and professionalism. Andre is a gifted designer with the ability to listen to an idea and make it come to life. He just recently reset my wedding set into a beautiful modern take my original rings. I could not be happier. We love the family aspect of this shop and that everybody is important when they walk through the door. Maryse and her knowledge of watches is second to none. Amazing staff with great knowledge and advice. Very fast and quality service. After being disappointed by a custom made ring by another jeweler, I had lost trust in custom made products. I was reassured that I would absolutely love the ring or they wouldn't call me to say it was ready. When I came in, I absolutely loved it! I was ecstatic. They treated me like a good friend and were genuinely happy when my engagement ring was made exactly like I imagined. The ring resizing was put on rush order so I would have my ring sooner as well.
