Where to begin. My experience at Love & Lee was nothing short of magical. From the moment I walked through the door, Kelsey and Brenda make you feel like you are the most important person in the room. Kelsey is an absolute gem - she's pleasant, kind and incredibly accommodating.

This boutique is truly a stand out! You can't find a more comfortable and inviting place. The ambiance is elegant and inviting with a huge selection of dresses. The whole area is yours so you don't have to worry about multiple people accessing the boutique with you. Kelsey listened to everything I told her and worked tirelessly to make sure that I had exactly what I needed. She is like your best friend- you can't go wrong! She helped me find the dress (the special one that makes you cry!) She also makes it personal and gets to know you and your style before giving you selections. After searching long and hard at other boutiques, I found Kelsey's dresses are so modern and beautiful! I found Love and Lee on my Instagram FYP and I am so, so grateful that I did! I originally planned a 2020 wedding and purchased a dress in 2019. When I tried it on this year it didn’t give me I can’t wait to get married thoughts and I felt very defeated. In 2019 I shopped at most of the well know bridal shops in Ottawa and the surrounding area, they were all great but Kelsey legitimately blew them out of the water. For my appointment we had the entire store to ourselves. It was so personal and I felt so comfortable in the space. I feel like I am an over thinker and can find things I don’t like on most dresses. Kelsey pulled exactly what I asked for, when I told her what I didn’t love, she didn’t just move on to another dress instead she was able to offer multiple solutions or alternatives, like adding lace, closing necklines, adding a lining etc. She was so, so knowledgeable and sincere. She ultimately pulled my dress, one I couldn’t find a flaw on and it was not at all what I asked for. She just understood what I wanted when I myself did not lol. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the amazing experiences I had last week.

First - my appointment ; I felt nothing short of special. I couldn't believe that it was my turn to be the one trying on wedding gowns. The entire time I could feel the passion you have for what you do. I felt like the most important person and I was just so comfortable trying on dresses, communicating with you to find the right one. It was a beautiful experience ; I couldn't fall asleep that night, I was buzzing from my appointment that day.

Second - the bridesmaids dresses appointment. I cannot thank you enough for your patience and dedication through this appointment. We had a few hiccups, but you were dedicated to making my vision for the girls come to life. (Which you definitely did!) Speaking for the girls, you made them comfortable and even helped them through moments of insecurities. You took extra time to help us find what we needed.
