While I can't vouch for a single product in this place. I can vouch for their terrible customer service. I'm a Trans-woman who went in looking for a bra with a large band and small cup (Because realistically that's what I have)

I came here hoping to get what I asked for: A bra fitting. Instead what I got was being informed that I would have to come in after hours for a fitting to ensure the safety and comfort of the other customers. Even though A: You get fit in a private room, B: The store was empty when I went in that day and finally C: I was looking for a BRA, not some crazy intimate garment, a BRA. You know? That thing that nearly every woman has to support their breasts?

Furthering the issue more, asking a trans-woman to come in after hours to keep the other customers comfortable is like asking a black woman to do the same thing. It's bigoted, close-minded, and utterly transphobic. It truly does upset me, because I was planning on making this place my main bra store, since it's really the only one in Chatham. I sincerely hope the store changes its views on transgender individuals. We're not monsters, or pedophiles, we're girls, women. In fact, we're just going for the same reason anyone else goes...

I cannot speak highly enough of The Loft and the extraordinary level of customer service. From the moment my mom and I stepped in, it was evident that their commitment to personalized care goes above and beyond. Cindy, in particular, was exceptional in ensuring that my mom had a private appointment time that was convenient for her, going out of her way to accommodate her schedule.

Cindy's expertise and attention to detail ensured that my mom found the perfect post-mastectomy prosthetics and bras tailored to her specific needs. The selection of bras is not only functional and supportive but also stylish.

It was an added bonus that Cindy completed all the necessary paperwork to get a reimbursement from the Government's Assistive Devices Program, which covers some of the cost of the prosthetics.

I cannot recommend The Loft highly enough to anyone in need of post-mastectomy bras. Thank you, Cindy and The Loft team, for your outstanding service and dedication to making a difference in the lives of women like...

Wonderful service!! Went in hesitantly to find a dress for my bridal shower. The owner helped me find a dress, which isn't an easy feet for a girl my size and she even found my a correct size bra in a really cute colour! I highly recommend...
