(I did reach out to Mucho Burrito customer service twice before posting this review, they’re not interested in resolving issues it seems as I never heard back)

I was served completely RAW CHICKEN at this location… (pic below), and when I let them know they offered to make me a new one, which I obviously said no to. Only after insisting was I able to get a refund, and I was only able to get one for the pre-tax and pre-tip burrito price; had to keep the rest of the combo so took my drink, chips & queso and paired them with a burger from five guys next door. I love coming here and the food is delicious. I forgot to write this review a couple of months ago but I still want to thank the worker who helped us. We ordered a skip the dishes order about an hour before mucho burrito closed. Someone accepted the order to deliver to us but then they never showed up. The server making our food called us once to confirm if we were okay with a different substitute since they were out of something, which was very thoughtful of him. Then when the delivery driver didn’t pick up the order, the server tried to call us multiple times to let us know they’re closing soon and no ones come yet. Thankfully they got a hold of us and the worker was kind enough to stay behind after the restaurant had closed for the night so we could come and pick up the food. Update for July 2022: This store may advertise curbside pickup and let you order curbside but in reality it does not operate as curbside pickup; you must go in the store to pickup your food.

My wife went there today with the kids to pickup a curbside order. She parked in front of the restaurant (theres no curbside desigated spaces). Waited 20 minutes, attempted to call, no answer(says number unavailable). Had to go inside, asked what was going on with the curbside pickup and the employees informed her the parking lot was too big people could park anywhere. So I guess they arn't even going to attempt curbside pickup despite letting people order it?

Kinda dumb, atleast the food is still decent.
