I tried to place an order through the app and kept getting an error message saying it did not go through. Rather then continuing to try and put the order through again I went into the store and ordered them and paid.
After I got home I saw in my account that the app did indeed charge me and I paid in store. So I paid $45 for 2 subs. I called the store and explained what happened, the first call the person said that they would call me back. Never did so I called back again, they said they would call me back after speaking to the manager. After 2 hours I called again, this time he said he spoke to the manager and due to Covid and them losing money they will NOT be reimbursing the money because they had made the subs for the order that I was unaware went through because again the app said it did not work.
My order is still sitting in my cart waiting to go through.

So you're there, and you've already packed up the ingredients and you're on your phone? I'm curious if the owner is aware that you've been packing up and closing early? This isn't the only place in town I've noticed where the foreign employee seems to decide what the hours are, and those are to close earlier than the hours posted (presumably by the owner).
I can understand being ready to close early, but when a customer shows up during your posted business hours you should be prepared to serve them until your posted closing time. It takes 5 minutes to make a sub, and you shouldn't be packing away ingredients until AFTER you've...

I placed an order online for the Madoc location but it selected this trenton store. So I called several times and there was no answer. They called me back and I explained the order was placed to the wrong store and I wanted to cancel explaining this was an accident.
The person who answered the phone kept calling me Ma'am even though I asked them to use my name which was clearly on the order I accidentally made to their store. They refused to refund me for my order.
