So today on Friday sept 12. My husband and I went using the DT. My husband is sick, so we decided to through DT. First the lady on speaker was rude as I am sure she was having a hard time hearing and so I jumped in and spoke louder but the person still got it wrong. My husband jumped in to clarify again but some wise lady jumped in and rudely said “if you do want to order anything do speak up or you can also drive up the window. Given the rude way we were treated, my husband said to them that there is what you say but more importantly it is the way you say it. When I told you I was unwell, you could have politely asked me to come to the window. My wife then repeated the order, we waited for the food and yet a third person came to the window and flung some one else’s food at us and literally closed the window. Then when we waved and the person returned, yet another employee before taking another order ended up saying “if you are sick, you should come inside to order. When I asked the person at the window to repeat what the lady had said, they of-course backed out. Then they had the nerves to say do you want the order or not to which I asked her to return the money as I did not want the food. This is not the first time I have been served badly at this particular outlet. Today, I can clearly say that it is not an individual or two who is erring, it is the entire chain of command who need training or the ultimate loser in Tim Hortan. This is about the branch in Trenton , right next to Boston Pizza. I will walk up to Jeff, the manager to let him know about what happened so he can review the tapes if he pleases. These kind of employees do not even know that you don’t go inside the store to order when you are infected. And you don’t talk to customers without the basic training in customer service. There appears to be management that does not know what is going on.as if they know how rude their staff is, they would make fundamental changes or else be prepare to lose customers like myself!! Very disappointed especially when my husband was sick and all he...
Read moreFirstly I love the bagel and tea I get every morning, provided its made right. In the past several weeks I have gotten the incorrect cream cheese on my bagel and my tea completely wrong. Enough times that I no longer do drive thru, because when I go in if its wrong i can let them know , not be on my way to work and discover it in the car when its too late to fix. I never complained when I got there hoping it was just the odd mistake but it happens more regularly now. Today was a horrible early morning experience. I ordered my bagel , the same way I always do and they didn't have the kind I wanted, fair enough I chose another somehow the cashier punched in the total and told me it was less then what I pay EVERY day, I told the cashier that and she said I was wrong. When I got my bagel it had been buttered and when I brought it back she told me that's what I ordered. Nope, ma'am I get the same EVERY day. The first thing she said after I asked for cream cheese was "you have to pay for it", and when she went to tell the person who makes the bagels he said "she has to pay for it."..LOOK everyone I understand I have to pay for it which is what I was trying to do!!! I just want my order made right. My bagel sat there with its butter on the counter for a good 5 mins until someone slathered it with cream cheese. I don't want to be wasteful but I didn't ask for my bagel to be buttered AND have cream cheese. Not only was everyone rude, this is the 8 th time since March my order in someway or another has been WRONG! It ridiculous and also I was late to work as this whole ordeal this morning took 15 minutes...
Read moreOnly gave it a star so I can write something . I went in today with my son and had thee worst experience in my life . We had ordered breakfast and coffee. Once we gotten our order , they had gotten an item wrong when we pointed it out we got told it was right , I had said that we ordered something completely different then what we had gotten ( ordered a sausage belt on an everything begal ) gotten a cinnamon Begala with cream cheese . Was told that that's what we ordered and that it was correct , then proceeds to tell us to bring rest of order up ... still tells us that it's right ... I argue because it's not what was ordered then another girl comes in snaps at me when it should have been the chick that filled the order as she is completely not listening and thinks she's right .... they then proceed to check the order like it's just going to appear out of no where and when. They do in fact discover they are wrong we get treated with nothing but back handed comments and dirty looks ..... thus crew really needs reality check on who should be getting yelled at for their mistakes should not be customers specially when the order was like 40$ ..... think we know what we wanted !!!!! .....
Oh and don't worry we got a call into corporate too...
