Best service ever. Staff know the thing or two about bikes. Will not upsale if you know nothing. After sales service is also 5 stars. I got my bike suspension service, cut steerer tub and handle bar and was charged 2 CAD for new shorter nut, but everything else was included into first tune up service. As opposite - my local bike shops will not do anything like that for brand new bike first free service, only basic stuff like gearing tune, general bike inspection and that is it... not even brake bleed :D Cutting tubes ( which should be part of new bike adjustment to the owner also cost extra money). Great shop and great service. I've lived in Whistler, BC for 11 years and the shops out here could take a leaf out of the Flowt customer service manual.

Flowt has much better service than the two other stores in town. I phoned one store and I was put on hold for 5 mins and in the second store I left feeling like an idiot for even thinking they might have Hope brake pads in stock. Typical "too cool for school" condescending bike shop service experience. In Flowt it was a different story altogether.

Cycle Logic is fantastic - excellent customer service from both Jake and Nick, it feels like you're asking friends for advice. They had answers for all my questions, and were happy to look certain things up to get a specific answer. I bought my first hardtail mtb this weekend, and I'm loving the bike so far. I stopped in today to exchange a helmet for a better fit, and also asked if there's a way to adjust my seat post more (the lowest it could go was max height for me) and Jake was able to cut the seat post down to an adjustable length while Nick took care of the helmet exchange.
