Bought gift for a friend, the service was really nice, one complaint, when I checked out, the clerk hand the item to me with receipts, and I left and returned just a few steps away from the door cause I thought it was really inconvenient to continue w my shopping having to hold the item and receipt when I carried no bags and no pockets. Asked for a bag, the other clerk was very nice to give me one and apologized.

Wasn’t till later I came back home and checked receipt and found out that the first clerk charged me for the small bag he never gave me, and clearly knew what he was doing. It was a small amount of money, didn’t mind paying for a gift bag, but if I didn’t think to ask for one I was supposed to just walk away without being told I was charged, or never received sth I was charged at all? I have visited both Aberdeen and Metrotown locations. The staff are all kind and friendly, but among them, Hennah is exceptional. I usually contact Artbox through Instagram, and I soon realized the one who always answers my requests was extremely kind and courteous. So, I wanted to know his/her name, and she told me she is called Hennah. Every time I ask her for a favour, she is always willing to help and tries her best to figure problems out for me. it’s cute and all, but the products are low-quality. i bought a mechanical pencil and it broke really easily. i was careful with the product, yet it still managed to break, no matter how cute it looks. i tried to exchange a different item because i was disappointed, but they didn’t allow me to because i didn’t have the plastic packaging. i had the receipt and everything was still in there it was brand new, too. you also cannot return any items. overall, the place is cute and great for just browsing, but everything is expensive and not necessarily the...
