This Supermarket is one of my favourite places to shop... I like Asian food.. but before Yaohan use to have a fast food Korean restaurant in the food court.. I use to get me yummies and sit and eat 2 or 3 Korean meals for a meal.. back when a wee Sasquatch Bigfoot...

Osaka supermarket has diversity far beyond the typical Quality Foods or standard western supermarkets.. .. better products on average given the space from something as simple as a toothbrush and toothpaste..to fruit and Moon cake.. The cashiers actually know how to do math.. it's weird... I guess they were not educated in North America...

Plus if you like Jackie Chan.. This place is full of Jackie Chan's...

Take time to read ingredients... Look how on average this place embarrasses standard Canadian supermarkets...

Plus they also have been very Kindly taking care of Bigfoot...... Mucho Appreciation..

I actually go there to make sure I understand crazy Asian so no wife repeats.. (that is humour Dum Dum zzz.. I was going to be more elaborate but scared what may happen).. Love you guys.. you're Dope... Used to shopping here lots when lived in Richmond Years ago..

This oriental supermarket is run by T&T. Which itself is owned by presidents choice. The locale is excellent located within Yaohan mall in richmond. There is ample parking in front and behind the building, the supermarket is one of the anchor tenants, however there is a busy and full-service food court across the hallway as well as numerous other vendors on the second floor. Just got through the parking lot and you can get to Aberdeen centre or the other way is a Canadian tire. The Canada line subway runs very close to the small as well, certainly within a stones throw and walking distance to the station. As with almost any T&T supermarket, the produce is outstanding and plentiful, especially the Chinese greens and produce otherwise. The live fish and the excellent meat department are also highlights. Again comment to the T&T brand, there is a extensive prepared food section which is now Covid safe. All of your favourites will be located here including dim sum or baked goods and lots of Chinese cooking that you would be hard-pressed to do at home. Another feature of this supermarket brand is the price point which is exceptional across-the-board. As well, any Oriental seasoning or sauce or flavouring or other ingredient can be found in stock on the shelves anytime. In excellent supermarket for regular shopping, we...

I was lining up at the crepe/rice roll ordering section today around 11:15am on Feb.16, 2025. The lady who takes order named Alina was preparing 2 crepes for customer A. I don't know if they know each other in person or not, but they kept chatting and chatting and looking at pictures on customer A's phone. At the meanwhile, there was anthor customer B and I were in the line waiting to order food, too. Customer B couldn't wait anymore, so she left without any order. I was still in the line to order my food. Finally, it was my turn to order. I wanted rice roll and crepe.Because Alina was the only food maker at that time, I ordered my crepe first. Then, Customer C came. Alina asked what C wanted. C said she wanted a rice roll while she's still working on my crepe. I told her right away that I needed to order rice roll as well. Alina told me to wait and made Customer C's rice roll first.

The fact is that I was in the line for about 20 minutes to wait for her to chat and make 2 crepes for A. She also skipped my order to serve the next customer. I think she needs to learn how to do customer service here.

I'm shopping with T&T for more than 15 years. This is my worst customer...
