Really bad customer experience. Prices also higher compared to Amazon so just check before you buy something.
Cashier tried to tell me that I was returning a product that I did not buy from their store. She went to go check some barcodes to compare. After I checked the same barcodes, she told me to not mix their products with what I have. If I had not gone and checked the barcodes myself, she would’ve gotten away with her false accusations.
It turned out that she was wrong and was wrongly accusing me by saying that the barcode of my product was different from theirs. She had purposely picked up a product that did not match the barcode for both products.
Anyways, after she finally saw that the barcodes were correct she then tried to tell me that I was using the wrong credit card for return. I had used Apple Pay so the credit card seemed different but it was the same credit card after all. She told me it will decline if it’s not the same credit card but it was approved.
I never want to come back and for anyone reading this - just know that if you ever have to return something, they might accuse you of being a fraud like they did with me. Just keep this in mind. I don’t even want to give 1 star.

Read moreI wish I could give this store a zero. I’m beyond frustrated with this store. For the second time now, I was overcharged — the shelf clearly said $2.99, but I was charged $3.29. When I brought it up to the staff, I got an unbelievably lazy response: “The system hasn’t been updated.” Seriously? It’s been days since Saturday and no one has fixed it?
Last time this happened, the staff told me to bring the receipt back for a refund — as if it’s my job to chase after your pricing mistakes. This time, I got nothing. No apology, no refund, no accountability.
Why bother putting prices on shelves if they’re not correct? It’s not just careless — it feels deceptive. And if this keeps happening, it starts to feel like you’re counting on customers not noticing. Totally unacceptable.
If management actually cares about customer trust, they should fix this immediately. Until then, I’ll be thinking twice before...
