Their cashiers process items very efficiently. Most cashiers are friendly and helpful and can speak Cantonese and Mandarin fluently. WeChat Pay is one of their accepted payment methods. Management posted a sign to ask arriving customers to leave bags and stroller carts that are filled with outside items with their staff for the duration of their time inside the shop.

Their produce department is well-organised and well-stocked with pretty much everything you can think of. The meat and fish department is not big but still offer a lot of stuff. We got cuts of fresh fish in pre-packed styrofoam trays at discount price sometimes. We really like their dace fish paste (bulk) at around $9 per Lb. My parents like their barbecue section. They said bbq pork is leaner compared with other places they tried and the taste is decent.

Their dry section is impressive, too. I was pleased to see chips and Pocky stick biscuits all made in Japan sold at a discount price.

Mall management has hired parking company to patrol their lot. I saw cars occupying 30-minute only spots or 10-minute loading spots for more than the allowed duration receiving a ticket.

It is definitely easier to find a parking spot outside of lunch hour and on a weekday rather than weekend.

A good place to go for reasonably priced grocery if you do not mind the crowded parking.

New 2000 Supermarket - BBQ meat stall inside.

They're offering a 10% discount card right now. The redemption value is as much as you spent, so in my case $102.40(despite my receipt totalling $108.04; their math was bad).

So next time you buy bbq meat, they will give you 10% off your purchase until you use up $102.40 in discount. Essentially I would need to spend just over $1000 to use it all up.

Flavour is very good, on the saltier side but much better than Landmark. For the love of God people, stop going to Landmark BBQ at Continental mall.

I bought 4lbs roast pork, 2lbs bbq pork and 1 duck. They cut the bbq pork thin which I like and same with the roast pork.

Convenient location. Food quality is substandard. We purchased a bottle of soy milk. The expiration date was still 3 days away. When boiled the clouds in the liquid clearly showed it turned spoiled. Smelling the opened container confirmed that. We went to the store right away to get a refund. The two checkout clerks showed no sign of apologies and simply said neither were authorized to do anything and asked that we come back the second day. We said there had to be some manager in duty. Reluctantly they called a manager, who walked up from back and swiped his card to authorize the refund. Throughout the process he did not even look at us or offer any explanation. I call that 5 star...
