Went here first time, great service from the very first phone call interaction. Requested for advice for our plan, was assisted all the way from making sure we get what we want and was informed on how busy they can be and what we should expect on the day. Got to the shop pick up our 6lbs of prime rib (offered to be vacuum sealed since it is a few more days before our planned dinner), sausages, and added more sausages just incase. The lady assisting us was great and honest, saying that they only have frozen ones left. Good pricing for what we got too! Definitely...

Excellent quality of meat! Much tastier and more tender than what you can get at a regular grocery store in Richmond

I’ve been coming here for over two years and don’t remember ever being disappointed with the beef and chicken I bought. Their beef really is worth it, i.e. reliably good, be it steak for grilling or chuck for stewing. Their chicken wings fly way above the frozen grocery store wings from mass producers.

I come here once every 2 weeks for 2 years now, my experiences at this place is horrible, maybe I am of colour and get judged, as I walk into the store all eyes on me when I open the freezer for dog bones, when I look back guys just staring right at me, my girlfriend has been called out for grabbing a sauce worth 90 cents and put it back and the guy at the counter said what about the sauce, my gf had to go back and show she put the sauce back. I wish the owner would call me and I can tell him how bad this...
