Subway — Restaurant in Richmond

Do not eat here! Rude and incapable staff. I ordered my daughters extremely basic veggie delight toasted with extra cheese 4 vegetables salt and pepper. Wow what a struggle..she puts on the fresh mozzarella..not sure if that’s what you get when you say extra cheese. When I asked her to please use the regular cheese she rolled her eyes and and took it off and threw it back into the cheese bin. For myself I ordered a foot long tuna on multigrain bread . I specifically said no cheese and please just toast the bread before making the sandwich. She starts putting cheese so I stopped her and then she put tuna. I asked her again to please toast the bread before she put in the tuna. She was so upset huffing and puffing and then scrapped off the Tina back into the bin and toasted it. I didn’t have any extravagant requests after that but she was so upset because I asked for extra pickles she only added 5 over the entire sandwich. As you can see she just threw them into 1 half of the sand was she did with everything else. She put all the tuna in one side and scraped it across so I had 1/2 a sandwich with some toppings and some missing and the other half overflowing with everything I asked for. I would highly suggest finding another subway to go to. This is unprofessional and not subway quality! See pictures for exactly...

I was at Subway on Friday, April 20, 2023 ordered a club foot long a drink and she cookies. Very disappointing the cookies were completely raw both of them to the point where I threw them out. And I never eat cookies, but I needed to because my blood sugar level was really low. Instead, I ended up with severe heartburn. and the rest of the evening. I was not impressed and will not ever go to that subway again. Instead, the only subway that I will go to is the one at Glendale in Garden City that subway rocks. The girls are friendly wonderful they make you happy going in there and I was there today April 23, 2023. The best sub going was made to perfection the cookies she even let me taste because one cookie had broken off perfectly done so I bought two Cookies and I had told her my experience at the one at number one road and she indicated that the owner indeed owns the one at number one well I hope he’s reading this because I was disgusted disappointed heartburn and I’ll never go there again...

At an hour when most places are winding down, I had the pleasure of being served by CSR Minakshi at Subway — and let me tell you, she turned a late-night sandwich run into a delightful experience.

Despite it being closing time, Minakshi (spelling could be incorrect) went above and beyond to craft a veggie sandwich that was not just good — it was exceptional. Her attention to detail, patience, and positive attitude made all the difference. Every ingredient was fresh, layered with care, and the final result was bursting with flavor.

It’s rare to find such dedication and warmth in service, especially at the end of a long shift. Kudos to Meenakshi for her commitment and for treating a simple sandwich like a gourmet creation. She truly made my midnight meal...
