Disgusting restroom Frequently blocked off half the restaurant so you cannot access the rest room a whole hour before closing.
Manager refused to accept a coupon that had a partial rip, a one centremeter corner they was ripped off, unfortunately also partially ripped part of the barcode off.
I was not in the mood to drive all the way home to grab the partially ripped part of the flyer especially when there was a blizzard at the time!
This is poor design on the marketing side, printing barcode too close to the seam of the flyer. Half of the coupons have barcode on left side, this increases the chance of a tear.
The biggest issue is that the manager couldnt do a one time overide even when I presented the coupon and explained that they use to be able to do an overide but can no longer do so in such cases.
What's the point of having a useless manager that has no authority to overide such a trivial issue?
Ive seen managers punch in an override many times without the coupon. I know it can be done.
I asked the manager to go find a working barcode from another coupon or a booklet that hasn't been ripped, and he said he didn't have any. Again, this is a manager that could not solve simple problems.
Knowing that such issue is a common occurrence, one would have at the least have a working flyer in the store in case such scenarios occurred.
I could only imagine how many angry customers were turned around by this manager that couldn't do anything.
This was the first time I've had such terrible experience.
Might as well not have a manager then!

A skinny young man with dark long beard and mustache, and dark long hair.
Edit : Marketing Team realized their mistake in printing barcodes close to the seam +1 star.
New issue:
Seafair location shuts down at 8pm on Sunday! This is way too early! There's a lineup at 7:50 pm! Needs to be open till 830p or 9pm like rest of the week!
Clearly too much Demand to shutdown that early!
District managers need to check in with their sales numbers to make adjustments to hours...

I was going to pick up dinner for my mom and i.when I got in there it was a bunch of old people standing all over the place, I had no idea who is in line I stood behind an old man thinking he was in line and he never said anything to me that he was in line then a random Asian women walks right past him budges in front of me and went and ordered. the staff clearly saw me waiting there before her so I went over and stood in line behind her then another old couple walks in and decides to make their own line up behind her as she's finishes ordering and walks away they shove their way in front of me. Then they just looked at me and then take their order so i said they just barged in front of me again and then they just continue to act like nothing happened and didn't even say sorry or anything.. very arrogant super disrespectful horrible customer service the place only caters to seniors and pushy arrogant people .Leaving now with no dinner.    Read moreI've been going to this specific branch since I was a child, and I can assure you that their service and food quality has worsened significantly.
About 5 years ago, they began to mess up my order. Then it gradually became too consistent to the point where I dislike eating from there as a whole. Once, it was rotting, sour mayo on my chicken buddy burger. Next, it was fries instead of onion rings (which I ordered). Then, a fountain drink of root beer that they filled half way with ice and barely any root beer was added. One day, I noticed they started watering down my drink. I asked others if this happened to them and they said "yes".
I'd rather not spend money on a stingy restaurant branch owned by a mega-company. I don't think it's A&W's fault that this continues to happen. I think it's the branch's fault that they continue to make these mistakes.
I mentioned it to the manager a couple of times and they still haven't changed their ways the slightest. I don't think I'd go back there...
