I'm done with this Shoppers! I've been using it for 24 years and will never set foot in it again for anything. A new pharmacy team took over a year ago and it's been a gong show ever since. Today the middle eastern pharmacist Kaleed, spoke to me with such distain and superiority that I said to him "you can't stand women can you?" The conversation continued to spiral to dark depths from him so I tried to take a photo of his name tag, to which he started screaming "CALL 911, CALL 911" He was screaming so loudly that the cashier's up front came with frightening looks to see what was happening. He ordered me out of the store, which I was already gladly on my way to do. My original reason for first calling and then going in, was because when I did a pill check on my migraine meds, it came back as another medication. On the phone he told me quote "I have no reason to believe what you're telling me is true". He is belligerent, talks down to customers, dismisses a person with my question unanswered, and it never should have gone down like this. Came here to pick up my daughters inhaler and asked if they have the chamber the lady was VERY rude after i waited patiently. She said nope not covered didnt even get my daughters name as the other lady helped me with the pick up prescription. I called the other shoppers they took my daughters name and started a file and said yes it is covered under my Indian status so The lady lied to me and as trying to make me pay 43$ for something im covered for. She had blonde hair and did not care to help me honestly she was very biased and seemed like she just didnt care or want to take the time to even check my coverage. Very unprofessional, i was here on Feb26th 2025 at 7:15ish, left without the chamber for my daughter i knew it was covered as the previous pharmacist who was there when we ordered it is always helpful but he wasnt there tonight. She shouldnt work her job if she is so careless. This is for a child she didnt care to take her time to realize and check my file. The lady i called in steveston helped me over the phone and confirmed it is covered within minutes. Will go there from now on. Pathetic...
