The guy Mike(or Michael) is extremely rude and terrible, as the other reviews mentioned. He says he runs the stor, Lol, ridiculous, how pathetic the store is to have a staff like this disgusting guy. He treat everyone like thief , he stalking you all around, So CREEPY!!! I am the customer, Im not paying money to be have an awful shopping experience. I was holding some stuff and ready to check out, I decide not to buy anything, so I put all stuff back. And he follow me all the way to parking lot and yell at me where I put all stuff to?! I dont want to argue with this aweful guy , so I went to store again and showed him. After he find out he's wrong, he didnt apologize at all and keep yelling, no manner at all and he intimidate me. The most funny part is He think he's the bossLOL Mike, the truth is you are nobody's boss.wake up!!! he's like he's on drugs like other review mentioned, his eyes are all red, yelling customers, and doing things with no logic and ready to have a fight anytime. Was trying to find a product from the Shoppers website for Oral-B Pro-Health floss. There wasn't any options in store that said Pro-Health, but the online pictures matched the product in store so I bought the product. When I got home to open the product, the floss was not the right product so I immediately went to return the product. The salesperson said I couldn't return the item because it was opened and she called a manager over. The manager refused to process a refund. The back of the product states "product satisfaction guarantee" and the manager still refused to refund and said they can't do that. When I showed him the shoppers website with the product I was looking for, he barely looked ay my phone and said they don't sell that product and that they sell it at another location. I asked the manager to help me confirm the product stock at the other location and again, he refused. Horrible customer service here. I used to love this pharmacy but I feel the service has gone downhill. After being given one ozempic pen on April 5 when I called May 19 I was told I had already gotten 3 months worth and I had no medication to pick up. I also had another mediation that was up for refill and I had to call 3 times and go back and forth with Andrew who was acting like I was trying to steal something from the pharmacy I asked for my prescription to be moved to another pharmacy. The other pharmacy confirmed that I had two prescriptions that were over due. I don't know why but Andrew really seemed to want to keep my Ozempic pen. I started wondering if I was actually disoriented based on his empathic insistence that I had picked up a 3 month prescription and had no meds to pick up.
