After a week-long ski trip in Whistler, I needed some serious relief for my sore and tense muscles. I chose this place because it was the closest to the Sheraton hotel, and I’m so glad I did!

I had a 90-minute massage with Summer, and she was exceptional. I get massages regularly, and I can confidently say she is one of the best therapists I’ve ever had. Her ability to find the right pressure points and relieve deep muscle tension was truly impressive. I initially booked for an hour but extended to 90 minutes because it was just that good!

A quick note on some of the negative reviews regarding tipping and language barriers—these therapists are hardworking Chinese immigrants with limited English skills, but their massage expertise speaks for itself. If you’re expecting a delicate spa-like service, you should be prepared to pay a lot more elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a truly great, effective massage, this is the place to go.

This place is located at Hilton hotel, with lots of free parking and close to sky train station in richmond, very central and convenient! The place is not very big, but very clean, relaxing and quiet! There are two masseurs work there, Richard and Vicky,both are excellent, with years of experience, and know the clients need and want! Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are mandatory minimums for tips that are not communicated on the website or in store. I am more than happy to tip; however, I feel that there needs to be price transparency before services are rendered so that you are able to plan accordingly.
