Hello, I am a regular Tim Hortons customer and I always go to Tim’s for my breakfast. I have been to many locations and am always satisfied with my food and service. However, I went to this Tim Hortons today around 12:15 pm (Oct. 23, 2019) and got the worst customer service experience in my lifetime. Here is the whole situation- I went there around 12:15pm to grab my coffee and food. I was waiting my friend he in college, Nd the manager call city guys for parking ticket near about 12:30 even I am still there i ask the city guy why you giving me a ticket he said talk with Manager. Nd when I talk with manger, he talk with me very rude, he dint want to listen anything,even I apologize for that can u please stop city guy don’t give me a ticket manger dint say anything left from there Nd I got 50$ parking ticket. I don’t know what kind of attitude he was showing to me. So, I left the store without getting anything and they did not even care to apologize for the inconvenience caused to me. Of course, I would never wanna go back to that location where customers are not valued at all, but I want Tim Hortons customer service policies to be reviewed with those staff members at that location who don’t care about their customers and keep their own ego above that so that it does not ruin other customers’ day like mine. Read moreHorrible staff/ customer service. I sat in the drive through for over 5 minutes at 11pm last night. No one took my order, all I wanted was a coffee as this location has poor quality when it comes to food. I couldn’t even get a single coffee! I spoke into the intercom over 3 times I finally left without service.
I come here after the gym frequently, to grab my folks a coffee as it is close. The staff is always so rude and don’t know what customer service is. I will NOT be back. There wasn’t a single car in that drive through. There were 2 cars parked in the employee lot. I pulled up to the window and saw 2 workers in the back standing and talking. The younger Indian ladies and the young Indian man with glasses that work nights need to be retrained or replaced. I stopped getting food from the place due to poor quality, and now I can’t even get service to get a single coffee. I am truly speechless. I will take the extra time to drive to a different location such as the Hampton village where staff are fast, kind, respectful and seem to want to do the job they are being PAID to do! Because of these staff members I will be avoiding this place like the plague. And I would recommend people take their business elsewhere as they clearly don’t want...

The fact that I ordered something and still the manager gave me a ticket worth $50.00. Not to mention that It was my first time!!! I went there with my friend and guess what??? he didn't get a ticket!!!! I ask what 's the rule about giving ticket and he didn't say anything!!!!!
One of the employees talked to me and checked my ticket and even asked if this is my 1st offense!! You know what he told me??? Wow this is unfair! Not even 10minutes and I got the ticket!!! Knowing that I bought something from the store!!!
