I am so disappointed in the poor service I received that I will never go back to this store. My husband passed away recently, and I wanted to turn his wedding band and my wedding rings into one. When I first discussed it with Bernardoās, I said I wanted to research some pictures and come up with a final design, even though I did show him some ideas of what I liked at the time and he agreed we would sit down together and look through some books to finalize something I liked. But instead of waiting to meet with me, he took the 15 g of gold that I wanted him to use and only used 7 g melting it down into a very thin band that looked like it was cut out of a thin pipe with rough unfinished looking edges. The surface was a scratched pattern and cheap looking. I informed him I was upset that he did not wait for me and I did not like how it looked and how thin it was. He told me he couldnāt change it or Iād have to pay him more money because he spent time making it. He argued with me and I felt I was left with no other choice but to keep the band as it was. I shouldāve went with my gut and left right then and there with the ugly band and the unused diamonds and gold pieces which he would not give back to me. He then promised me he would fix the edges of the band and he would set the diamonds up as I asked and I provided a picture that he agreed with and said it would not be a problem. He also had not sized it properly and said he would fix the size but was irritated that he had to do so. When I went back to pick up my ring he not only changed the band by rubbing out some of the scratching on it and it had flawed markings on it which made it look even cheaper, but he also changed the whole layout into something I did not like saying he couldnāt do the pattern we had discussed and said if I wanted it changed, it would cost me more money again. I took it and left and went to my car and cried. I am devastated to look at that ring on my finger, which was supposed to be a beautiful memory of my amazing husband and wonderful marriage and now I have to have it redone somewhere else or look at it and think of the rude jeweller who couldnāt even apologize for not doing what I ask and deliberately making a very personal decision about my ring without me. He has ruined what I thought would be a beautiful token of true love. So...

Next trip in was to check into options for getting my dadās finger print on a pendant. Pina, Tony and Sonia were all working they treated me like family and when I was unsure of the length of the chain or size of the pendant they put up with me and gave their thoughts and the end result is a master piece which I cherish. They are pros. I notice there is a steady stream of people in and out and they greet each customer like family. The laughter the chit chat a grand daughter giving her gram pina a hug and kiss. Sure itās a business but this family goes above clients are treated like the gold and silver they work with. Next project I hope to maybe get tony to help me sort and design something special with Jane hand me down jellewry. On my walk I may just stop in to say hi. Prices and quality of their items Were very good. To the Bennardo family thank you and my tears were because of your kind souls and my beautiful piece....

So they where like hey we can make this for you. At first I was thinking man this Is gonna cost me lol but when he told me how much I don't think it would have been any cheaper buying something from a foreign factory. And it was locally made! I am so pleased how it turned its even better than the picture I showed him! Thank you! I will never shop at another jewellery...
