Ordered a large latte, got a small in a large cup. It literally felt half-empty when the guy in the drive-through handed it to me. I parked the car, brought it back to him and he blamed the machine, but only the guy can be blamed for pushing the wrong size. They made no offer to correct the situation so I told them to keep the latte and my money because they desperately need it. An hour before that I had dinner there with my two kids and it was good. Rating for coffee experience and customer service = F. Dinner before with family = A. My advice, don’t bother ordering a large coffee, stick with regular. I will go where I get what I paid for, and get free smiles and a thank you. Enough of this subpar...

On our way to McDonald's Me: ( saw a&w) you wanna go to a&w and get yam fries instead? Wife: yes, yam fries I go in and order a spicy habanero and beyond meat with YAM fries and onion ring. Food smelled amazing in the car. We got out of the parking lot and my wife put some fries in my mouth and they were regular fries. Disappointed we turned around and went back. Told the girl that she gave me regular fries instead of sweet potato fries. She refused to acknowledge her mistake and told me bluntly that "you ordered regular fries". Went inside for the teen combo special, service was quick and efficient, staff from both the front and back seemed to have extra time on their hands some were leaning or just standing around. Im just suprised that no cleaning was actively being done as there is visble remnants of grease on surfaces throughout the whole resturant. The food was decent but I have a good suspicion that hand hygiene isn't being followed as well as it could be. I didn't see even one staff member wash their hands in the 30 min period I was seated.
