THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. We went there after a hectic day to try a new place. I ordered tacos and my 2 year old asked for corn so i requested for corn on the side which i was willing to pay for and i assumed i paid for it. The amount of my bill was 28$ and the cashier person entered the amount wrong as 19 $ . When we paid the amount he said the amount didn’t processed however, it was processed from our side because we checked with our bank. He said we need to speak with the owner where the owner shouted and spoke very rudely. She threatened to call the cops over such small misunderstanding which took place on their end. The screen was showing 28 dollar still to us and we were willing to pay the remaining 10 $ amount and not the whole amount again as it was unfair on our part to pay the whole amount again. The owners came , we discussed and we paid the remaining amount. The lady owner said that nobody is stupid here but i never called her stupid or spoke rudely. Then she said that she should not have given us the free corn for the kid as people like us are not worthy of kindness. This is where i lost my cool and i went back and gave them 3 dollars for the so called free corns and gave them an earful. If i can spend 28 dollars on such bad food i can pay for my kid’s food too but it wasn’t about the money. It was about her behaviour.I never asked for free thing i assumed the amount was included in the bill. They totally lack basic customer service etiquettes and basic decency and the place was not even clean. Additionally, the food was bad too. The chicken was way too little in the tacos and they were just not worth the price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. The FOOD IS BAD and the OWNER IS RUDE. She spoiled our evening singlehandedly. We eat out on a weekly basis and have met a lot of indian owners in the soo and all of them are friendly and kind. These people are literally spoiling the name of...
Read moreMr. Vinod Saidha, I believe you are the owner of this place, because when I was there dining, no other staff member was around — only someone shouting aggressively, which I assume was you. So if you’re claiming to be a witness, that’s not true. You were the only one yelling, so clearly you are the owner.
Regarding the bill: I never tried to leave without paying. I clearly told your staff I was ready to pay the remaining $9, but they refused to accept it and insisted I pay the full amount again. There was an issue with your billing system, not on my end.
As for your claim that I asked for free food for my kids — that’s simply false. I never asked for anything free. A small portion of extra corn is what you’re calling free food? I paid an extra $3 for that. Don’t twist the facts.
You seriously need to learn proper customer service. The way you’re running this restaurant is highly unprofessional and...
Read moreTerrible experience – avoid this place! I went here with my family, and it turned into a nightmare. Our bill was $28. First, they claimed the payment didn’t go through and demanded I pay the full $28 again. I checked with my bank right there, and the first charge was clearly authorized. When I tried to explain, the owners completely lost it. They started yelling, were extremely rude, and had zero understanding of basic customer service.
To make things worse, they threatened to call the cops over their mistake and even yelled in front of my 2-year-old child. They used offensive language toward my family—it was shocking and completely unacceptable. These people don’t know how to treat customers and clearly don’t care. I’ll never go back, and I strongly advise others to stay away...
