One of the worst Pizza Pizza locations I have ever been to in my life. This year, 2025 — every single time we went there, they messed up my order.
I’ll start with the staff. There are a few young male employees and a woman who works during the day. Whenever they take an order, they somehow charge extra dollars, which is absolutely not right. The woman smiles in a very fake way, and then you realize she overcharged you when you check the bill.
Here are the issues I had with them:
First time, we ordered a pizza for $35 (we were with the family). On our pizza there were four pieces of broccoli, four mushrooms, and four pieces of onion. When we asked why the toppings were so few even though we paid for them, they said:
“When the pizza cooks, the toppings become smaller.”
We went again to get a pizza that was supposed to be $22 (because it was on deal). The woman charged me $27 instead. I didn’t argue and let it go, but I should have checked first.
Another time, I asked for chicken on my pizza, but instead they added pepperoni. I said we don’t eat pepperoni and I didn’t order that. Instead of admitting their mistake, she insisted I should take it anyway, saying:
“We already baked it.”
That’s not my problem — they prepared the order wrong.
Another time, I wanted to order “mix and match.” It exists on their website, and other Pizza Pizza locations accept it even in-store. But here they said:
“No, we only accept this online.”
Which doesn’t make sense.
The last time we went, I asked for a large pizza. They said:
“We don’t have large. Only what’s in the display.”
I said this is a pizza restaurant — you should have all sizes. The employee looked confused and called another staff member. Instead of admitting the mistake, the second employee tried to cover for him and said:
“He’s right, but I’ll find a solution.”
They don’t take responsibility; they cover up mistakes. At that point, I walked out without buying anything, and I will never go back.
This location is absolutely not worth spending even one dollar. Not only do they take extra money, but they also reduce the toppings. I expect businesses to be run by responsible people, not people who take advantage of customers.
I hope they don’t benefit from money...
Read moreThis place used to be good, but the new staff is ruining it. On June 17 at 11:56 am, I picked up my medium cheese pizza and asked for Italian seasoning. The cashier lady handed me a shaker, but it was almost empty with only salt left in it (which had settled in at the bottom as all the lighter ingredients were long consumed). Without initially noticing that, within a couple shakes I sprinkled a mountain of salt on my pizza because the shaker holes were too large for just salt. I was in a hurry for work and hoped the pizza wouldn't be too bad and left with it, but it was awfully salty!
I returned later that night (June 18, 12 am) with the old pizza, explained what happened, and politely asked them if they could give me a replacement pizza. The taller cook took it personally and refused to help, directing me to call their office. I believe they should have replaced the shakers when it was low and had only salt left in it, or give me a replacement pizza. I even told them that I was ok with a new pizza in the old box! After an hour of waiting and talking on the phone to a supervisor, I finally got a replacement!
You cannot be this cheap and expect to run a successful business. The poor customer service is unacceptable. Whether it's due to the owner's directives or poor employee training. I am not a satisfied customer as you wasted an hour of my time for a $10 pizza. I should’ve been apologized to and given a replacement right away. The fact that I had to waste time and gas to return to your store because you gave me salt instead of Italian seasoning like I asked for was not even acknowledged!
Also the store was filled with smoke from the fryer, which cannot be good for the employees or the customers. You might wanna change that oil and clean it more often. I used to love their old staff, they were 100 times better!
Oh, and nice job racking up all those fake 5-star reviews from foreigners who don’t even live in the country. It's so obvious! You may be able to cheat your way with the fake ratings and fool corporate, but you can’t fool actual customers who would bring you real business. Bad business all around,...
Read moreI went to this place to get some food just a few days ago, after i paid for my salad I told the cashier I'm highly allergic to olives, once my order was ready i seen olives on it and i asked what's this? He said sorry we got busy, I don't care if you got busy and you forgot to tell the person on the back, if someone has an allergy to something you made damn sure it's do e right the first time, so they remade my salad at least that's what I thought, I put my salad in the fridge once I got home and ate it the following day, oddly my throat started to get slightly itchy and irritated as I ate a my salad, not until my salad was almost gone did I realize that there was olives and I was having a allergic reaction, so all they did was removed the olives from my salad and missed a few, .... lovely....... you are the WORST pizza pizza I have ever been at! You guys are lucky it didn't turn into the swelling in my throat to the point I can't breath! But like I said WORSE PIZZA...
