For all vegetarians (who eat eggs): Food itself is not bad. But, the absolute worse customer service i have received. So i ordered a tofu egg soup (which is new to their menu). In the description, it stated the dish will have tofu, boiled eggs and fried veges. When I got the dish, it had sea food. So, i asked for the manager.; firstly, the waitress just brought her senior waitress. After arguing with her, she finally brought the manager (who is the owner). Owner was so rude and did not understand that i was vegetarian and the fact that the description did not state anything about the dish containing sea food. Her explanation was that it is a "surprise factor." The worse part was that she picked out the sea food out of the soup bowl and threw it on my plate and said "ok, no more sea food, you eat now." She refused to replace our food or replace the dish with something else. I asked her if there was chicken in it, would she just take it out and ask me to eat the "vegetarian" part and her answer was a yes. Seriously, the worst customer service I have received in my...
Read moreWe've dined-in and order takeout here several times and we found the food good, tasty, fresh, clean dining + bathroom, and good service. Price was shaky but with very few sushi choices what can you say.
But this last takeout was terrible! The portion size for the 2 Yaki soba teriyaki chicken we order was awful, you could literally could count the number of chicken slices ontop on the noodles; the pitful number of vegetables; Over sauced mess of a meal. It feels like, looks like nothing IT IS NOTHING! It seem you guys cooked one batch and too save you rationed it into both. One serving for two.
Also the beef yaki soba was the same! The thin beef no vegetable oversauce mess!
Both tasted okay. Warm.
Udon was just noodles, and a pathetic broth. Some assortment of veggies. And oddly, it had a lot of beef. Hm.
The sushi was literally the only redeeming factor. Tasted good and fresh still to this day. Everything else seem to go down.
We had far more reasonable and fair experiences at other japanese sushi...
Read moreI would’ve given this a 5 star considering that the food here is amazing. But last night when I went with my boyfriend and his friend to have lunch, a part of my order I had placed was chicken teriyaki roll. The waitresses here are really nice but the person that took our order was the waiter. He then comes back with a chicken teriyaki. Therefore we told him we ordered the sushi roll not the pan. He insisted that that’s what I ordered when I remembered clearly what I said. He then goes on to say “if you wanted chicken teriyaki roll, you should’ve said chicken teriyaki roll.” Appalled by his remark I smiled at him and politely said “yes, that’s why I said chicken teriyaki roll.” He quickly nods his head and scoffed while turning away. I’ve never had such a bad experience here before nor this was the first time I’ve eaten here. He never came back to our table later on and we ended up with the nice and sweetest...
