Snack Plug — Local services in Surrey

This place has a fantastic variety of difficult if not impossible to find snacks. The prices are high, but not crazy given that most or possibly all of these products aren't available in other stores. The POS system prompts for a tip, which could seem strange given that you're just shopping for snack products, but it's also completely optional and the staff have always been friendly and eager to help either way. They have also given me free products on occasion, either based on the amount I spent, or possibly they were unpopular items they had difficulty selling. Either way it's a nice gesture, and has been something that has stuck with me. The products also seem to rotate on occasion, likely based on popularity and availability, though there are a lot of products I have seen there every time I have been and not changed (again, likely a popular product that is easily available...

I had a really great experience at Snackplug! The staff is super friendly, goes above and beyond to answer questions and is really knowledgeable about their inventory. They have an amazing selection of snacks from the US, Asia and Europe. It looks like they are trying to bring in new snacks all the time as well! Great selection, and honestly prices are pretty reasonable given the snack selection.

I’ve read a few comments saying that prices are high, but what people fail to realize is that it’s very expensive to import international products. This isn’t a regular convenience store, so prices have to be a little higher than domestic snacks. Their prices are really comparable to other exotic snack stores too.

The old saying you act like a kid in a candy shop. I honestly had to walk the store twice before I started Picking up everything. Haha I was so excited.

Firstly, I like the layout of the store, it's extremely clean and there is something for everyone. Secondly, Yes, some products are pricey however if you compre to online prices (for some things ) it's more expensive online than getting it right there. Also, alot of there items imo you cannot find elsewhere. Thirdly, They do also have limited candies etc that fly off the shelves so definitely ask or keep popping in.
