Iâm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but the experience my sister and I had at this Blenz location was frustrating enough to warrant it.
A friend of my sister went in to order her usual drink, an iced coffee with caramel syrup. He made the request clearly, yet instead of confirming or clarifying the order (such as asking whether she wanted milk, which is standard), the owner of the store, Roopinder, dismissively said, âYeah yeah, sheâs a regular, I know her order.â That confidence would have been appreciated if the result wasnât so careless.
What my sister received was not her usual drink, but a completely incorrect version: just black coffee with caramel syrup, no milk, undrinkable, and ultimately thrown straight in the trash. When we called to inquire about what happened, the same staff member who claimed to âknowâ the order suddenly backtracked, saying she canât memorize everyoneâs drink. Which is fair if she had actually taken the time to ask and take the order properly, but she didnât.
When my sister asked if there was any possibility of a refund or exchange (considering nearly $6 went to waste), the employee put us on hold for 10 seconds, only to HANG UP without a word. No apology, no resolution, nothing. Just rude and dismissive behavior.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable, not only was a mistake made, but it was handled with arrogance and zero accountability. As an owner, if you canât remember orders, thatâs understandable, but donât pretend you do, and certainly donât refuse to take responsibility when you mess up.

I'm not a fan of doing reviews but I went to the cashier to place my order, she would see me and would totally ignore the fact I'm there , INTENTIONALLY, I than started seeing the items in case I wanted to switch and gave time for her to finish her thing but she would just ignore the fact I'm waiting to take the order, than I had to say "can I have the..." which is honestly crazy because it's not my fault if she doesn't want to be there. Although people have bad days, I totally understand but the service was really bad. Than I processed to order a smoothie which could be made with either ice cream or yogurt, however she didn't ask which option I wanted and I assumed there's none and it just mentions the items inside but later my friend came and we figured the worker picked ice cream even tho I could've and would've picked yogurt. I wasn't going to write a review but than my friend decided to also order something and she said the girl was weird and gave her no attention and she had to make obvious she's there, by making sounds and bringing attention, still nothing so she had to ask for herself, even tho we both clearly see she's intentionally ignoring her costumers.    Read moreIâve recently been coming here to study and have generally enjoyed the environment. Unfortunately, today I had an experience that made me feel quite unwelcome. I arrived and sat down to set up my things, and about 30 minutes later, the owner approached me and asked if I was ready to order, mentioning that I had been there for a while (only 30 minutes). I explained that I knew what I wanted but was waiting for someone and wasnât quite ready to order yet. She laughed under her breath and walked away, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Since it seemed like she was tracking the time I was there for without a drink and made it seem like I wasnât going to order anything at all since I was doing work for 30 minutes till she came up to me.
I considered leaving, but I stayed since I was waiting for someone. I then approached the counter and asked if I could pre-pay for a drink and get it later. The owners agreed, so I paid at that time and picked up my drink quite a bit after since I was ready for something at the time.
