went in today order, Dec24,2023 at 5:28pm ordered 24pc nuggets, i asked for buttermilk ranch, it cost $20.46, order number 222. cashier did her job and tried to upsell me. i gave a different name, as i always do, then just asked for my number to be called out. i got my order was asked if i wanted ketchup or hot sauce, i took the hot sauce and got napkins as well. i asked the cashier now handing me my order for my ranch and got 1. i asked if it only came with 1 or if i got more, she said it comes with 1 but i can get another if i like. i replied with i usually order the 36 pc and i get 5 how is the 24pc only 1. second worker said to me the same thing as the cashier, that it only comes with 1, but i can get another if i like. i asked them to wait, and i logged onto the popeyes free wifi, and went to the popeyes canada website, went to find location, picked the location i was at, went to the menu and scrolled down to nuggets, went to the 24pc nuggests ad it said it came with 4. i went back to the counter and was asked if i needed help. i explained what my order was ad what my consern was, i showed the worker the popeyes website menu and what i ordered and what was included, and was asked what i wanted, i said i wanted the other 3 sauces that were included in my order, and asked if the cashier, who was busy with another guest, could be told the 24pc nuggets comes with more than 1 sauce. the cooks are good, the staff that deals with ordering the food and packing it, needs more training.

because i kept my receipt for the redemption code for my free 1pc and biscuit with purchase of medium drink. the above will be copy and pasted to the popeyes survey website about...

In my recent visit to this restaurant, I encountered a disappointing experience that compelled me to share my feedback. Firstly, when I requested ketchup and napkins as i never got napkins with my food the shift supervisor Rajwinder K , her attitude was notably unfriendly, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.

Furthermore, my disappointment escalated when I overheard that supervisor engaging in conversations in their native language, seemingly discussing and, at times, expressing negative sentiments about other guests. I can clearly understand what she is talking by assussing that oh the white guy will not understand . This not only breached the boundaries of professionalism but also created an uncomfortable environment

The staff’s choice to engage in such behavior, including what appeared to be gossiping or complaining about guests, reflects poorly on the overall culture of the restaurant. It’s disheartening to witness such unprofessional conduct, as it not only compromises the dining experience but also raises concerns about the establishment’s commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

I would like to request the restaurant manager to consider this seriously as it's crucial to emphasize the importance of maintaining a professional environment by discouraging negative conversations in their native language...

Ok, first of all. We got our food in the drive through. And the woman taking our order literally kept on leaving mid way while placing our order? Like what?and she was very very slow and attempted to repeat each part of the order but kept on messing up. And at last we placed the order and she said our order “ two combos W Mac and cheese”. Which was correct. But when we looked at our order she gave us fries I instead.We patiently asked for our Mac and cheese and she was confused . But also when we went to give the fries back and she said on quote “ Nonono, you can keep it”. But with a lot of judgment and attitude. And glared at us? After we got the Mac and cheese we drove away slowly out of the line. But with the window still cracked open.The guy who gave us the Mac and cheese said on quote “ SO STUPID!”. About us. But THEN! I took a sip of my “iced tea” to find out it was Coca Cola? But my friends was also Coca Cola. First of all bad service, my evening was terrible, also it’s important to have good customer service. But Popeyes failed. And I don’t usually go there to eat, but definitely not going back.One last BIG!
