Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Surrey

Hi, I went to this location every single morning. There's this one. Old woman hijabi, who works there and takes app my order every single time she keep the change and um, she cut my change like 75 cent every order from me, but today she was short another 15 cents. So I asked her for the receipt, and I said, Hey on the receipt, it says it should be that much 15 cent shot. So she gave me 10 cents, then I said, Hey, on the receipt. It says you have to give me since I gave her $20. It was fourteen fifty five total she had to reopen the deal to give me the correct change. It took her 2 × 2 do that. I don't understand why she does it to every single. What time time either me or my husband we order? Is it only us? Or there's some other customers who experience this? This is not the first time it's been going on for a year now. Other times she talked to her co.worker in her language and we both find the change. In the behavior and the other coworker of hers start keeping the change unless we ask for. I feel ripping off. I can give tip. I have no problem I don't want to think she's stealing the money. That's I don't like. I didn't want to post this review, but unfortunately this has to end. And this is the proper channel to go through with the two margin staff in drive through. Day didn't live much of her choice for us. Unfortunately, I have to post this. I hope in future this location of Tim. Hortons, the customers get the correct change and get correct approach. And no one goes unsatisfied. Lastly, I would like to think other locations who are honest and the customer...

I now go to McDonald's for coffee and breakfast on the way to work this Tim Hortons is awful and like said in a previous review this Tim Hortons doesn't even deserve one star! I live so close to this location and is very convenient but the absolute worse service and food quality. They rush you through the drive thru like cattle. Try to hand u every thing all at once like really I only have two hands. Not to mention the food is almost always wrong as are the drinks. The staff is very rude. They ignore you and leave you to wait at the counter to then be told that what you want they are out of. My husband will drive 10 mins out of his way to get me a $2 coffee which he doesnt eat donuts or drink coffee thats how horrible the experiences have been at this Tim Hortons. I absolutely will not purchase any thing from this Tim Hortons location. When friends and family are over I take them elsewhere for coffee like McDonald's! I refuse to give them any of my business. They should not be allowed to run this Tim Hortons as it reflects directly on the brand. Although you look at any of tpye of loactions out here and they are all becoming exactly the same with the same issues. This one seems to stand out more to me at this time. Dear, management

I arrived at your guys location today at 5:15 AM may 19th, I ordered a medium dark roast black coffee and an everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. The workers were friendly but stressed out because their debit system crashed and had to reboot it, I was being served by an older lady in a hijab and a younger girl after the older lady walked away for some random reason, to relieve them any problems they were facing I told them I’ll just pay in cash total was $5.40 I gave 6 and didn’t need the change but just how lucky I am that I wasn’t given a receipt nor asked if I wanted one I was in a rush to get to work! Anyways, I take a bite of my bagel and behold I literally started choking on a big piece of plastic that was inside my bagel!!! 🤯 I get that it’s early morning and people get tired but like seriously???! Can’t you guys quality check your food before giving it to customers I’m at a lost for words for how scary that is… I usually go to this Timmies and 9/10 times it’s pretty good but this is just sad. I hope you guys fix this problem. FYI I have dash cam footage of me going into the is exact location and grabbing the food...
