I came here on Sunday around 11.20 am. I was served by one girl who do not want to give her first name neither she had any name batch on her work clothes. She was rude and not taking Oder correctly from me. I always come here for my box and I just wanted her name to tell another girl when I will come next time that who gave me the bad customer service but she chose to argue with me over her first name and now I am here putting the review. I mean how stupid is that, that you think giving your first name as a worker to a customer makes you slave. Yeah, she used this word by herself to gain sympathy. I mean I work in retail and I wear my name tag all the time because itâs important and I not taking your personal information( it was just your first name) This was my first worst experience in the entire Canada. I was trying to place a BOGO order through Uber Eats but accidentally submitted an order for just one item. I asked the employee if she could cancel or help fix it so I could reorder correctly. I understand that store staff might not be able to modify orders made through third-party apps, and I wasnât upset about that.
What bothered me was the way I was spoken to â the employee at the counter was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I even told her that I didnât want the order anymore and that she could throw it out, and she seemed completely indifferent. A little courtesy and better customer service would have gone a long way. Uber eats charges me $14 cancellation fees where she could have called uber eats from her restaurant portal to get advise from the uber eats agent but she preferred to loose one customer rather than trying to fix...

My friend and I ordered food on July 13th and shortly after eating, my friend became seriously ill with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. We had two chicken burritos, two bean burritos, chips, salsa, and a Jarritos drink.
