Upon reading the bad reviews I realized it was my mistake to give this clinic any sort of business. I am not one to give bad reviews but I am compelled to do so because this is the most unusual experience I've had yet. Clearly the doctors and owners do not value their patients because they allow their receptionists to treat their pateints horribly decpite the constant bad reviews.
My husband works a night shift and mistakenly forgot about his morning appointment. I called the clinic to apologize as it was a mistake on our end. The lady rudely told me that they cancelled the appointment and there is another patient here so we wont be able to come in. This was totally understandable and I responded by saying okay.
The unusual part comes when the rude lady at the reception called me back -- which was completely unnecessary -- to ask us why my husband couldn't wake up in the morning. Upon telling her the reason, she yelled at us and said she cancelled the appointment and then I asked her if the appointment was cancelled already and I was aware of that, then why did she feel the need to specifically call back, scold us, shame us, and talk down to us. Especially when we understood and politely admitted our mistake. Everything about her tone and her actions were aggresive and disrespectful in manner. Is this how the doctors wants their receptionists treat their patients? Clearly, this isn't the first complaint with regards to their rude and unreasonable customer service.
A message to the doctors and owners of this clinic:
I hope you know that this was the exact day that I called and booked an appointment with another, more professional clinic. And the attitude of that receptionist is what won my heart. He was welcoming and kind.

There is absolutely no point in claiming that your clinic provides "professional and respectful" services because as clearly stated in my review above and multiple other reviews in regards to your receptionist's behaviour, we did not get that. We already acknowledged the mistake on our end, however the proof of your lack of professionalism and respectful conduct is the fact that your clinic took no responsibility for the rude and disrespectful behaviour of your receptionist. It's evident and such a shame that you are justifying her behaviour. And here is a tip for you, out of common courtesy, any clinic/ business will apologize for their inappropriate conduct, instead of making excuses. Also, our appointment was for a Saturday and on google, it clearly states that your clinic opens at 10 am so I don't understand how anyone had to come in an hour early. Even if they did, that's no excuse for this type of behavour.
I am one to appreciate one's service and acknowledgee their hard work, but i do not appreciate excuses for poorly conducted customer service. Hopefully you can provide proper training to your receptionists....

Firstly, the front desk ladies (especially the one that sits at the back) has no manners and is extremely rude! She always gave me racist vibes. They apparently have only one massage therapist who is really bad at her job as she does not use any pressure even though we have told her repeatedly, so waste of money to go for a massage that costs over $100. Next, they made the worst Insoles for my husband that the cloth on top of the insoles came off in less than a week and he has been having so much pain in his feet from last month or so! They made so many mistakes in the invoice they sent me to submit to my insurance company, I kept repeatedly calling to inform but no one picked up and emailed them the mistakes as the insoles were not cheap and I had to submit it in one go. I had to email them 4-5 times just correcting my husbandās name and my name and his date of birth (these are not mistakes, this is on purpose to annoy the customers).
They are more than horrible at the customer service, I used to be scared to ask a question as I never got a proper response from them.
