100% recommend! i visioneers has the best customer service. I went in one day and was able to get an appointment for the next day. They were great, very friendly and welcoming. Syed actually remembered my name every time I went in and that made a lot of difference to me. The way he also took time and showed so much patience as I went through pretty much all the walls of frames and helped me picked the right one was greatly appreciated. They have a lot frames and brands and prices are not bad at all. I was also given explanations as to how my lens would function. Dr. Ali was also great and so friendly as well. I've been to many optical stores in the past, even big franchises but I always fail to recieve the quality of service I am looking for. Over the past week I was able to make several purchases with comfort and ease. The staff at ivisioneers were extremely knowledgable and patient. Their motive was not to just sell me any pair and make a sale but rather to help me find a pair that worked for me. They were even able to order exactly what I wanted.

I also had an eye exam conducted during my visit and quite frankly the optometrist they had was the most friendly and comforting doctor I have met thus far. She even shared ways to prevent my eyesight from worsening as I wear contact lenses on a daily basis.

My Mom happened on Ivisioneers we were apprehensive at first but then we were greeted with genuine happiness. They worked hard to squeeze us in with Dr.Magda who is a true joy to be around and while we waited Syed helped us pick out our frames. Syed was soo professional and has a great eye. I was nervous because this is my first pair of glasses and I was sure I wouldn't be able to find anything I didn't hate.
