We often go there for dine in and take out and have a few issues in the past regarding the food quality and quantity, I was letting it go but it's just enough for me and my family this time. Last nite we were there for dine in, after placing an order for almost $73 the food and customer service we got was on it's very lowest level. They forgot to serve us the drinks was included in the order and served us only the water after we requested, the water in the jug we would not even use in our washroom, water jug was so dirty that no one can drink water from it. When I reminded them about our drinks they were so busy to the extent that I have to wait a few minutes to get them but myself. There so called Zinger burger price is $7.99 plus tax and quality of it was horrible. I paid almost $12 plus tax for my son's steak sandwich which was made by expired bread which was breaking down eventually in small peaces and the meat inside wasn't even steak it was just filled with a few pieces of meat with some cheese and some veg that's all. When we complaint about the food the all we got it our chicken burgers replaced with same quality NOT even a zinger but just a small tiny kids chicken burger with very thin slice of normal chicken. NO steak sandwich was replaced. The lady who served us at the counter was polite with lots off apologies and blaming the persons working inside the kitchen who are just new people and don't bother what they're cooking and serving to the people who are spending alot of money for just nothing. Poor quality Food and poor customer service. No recommendations for this place to go and spending precious time, expensive gas and hard earned...

Today I came to pickup food I ordered from Uber eats , when I went to pickup food a new girl that recently joined I told her I ordered food on Uber eats for mahmood , she brought the food at the counter and started arguing with me rudely by saying give me the order number , I told her that it’s my order if it wasn’t how did I know the persons name ?? Makes sense right . But look at her level of incompetence she still argued with me , then I asked her to call the manager instead she asked her Moroccan or Arab co worker to come out and talk to me , she acted the same and in a rude and aggressive manner started arguing with me I kept on telling them it’s my food if it wasn’t I wouldn’t have guessed the name , Instead she started laughing at me and kept on laughing and then in a cunning manner asked me what did u order give me all the details bc it could be anyone, indirectly implying that I’m trying to steal the food . I told her I grew up in Markham and Lawrence my boys used to work at chick fiesta my dad knows the owners and I’m a regular customer this isn’t how u treat ur customers , she was still laughing at me as I took the food outside . I’m very disappointed for this lack of professionalism and I’ll also talk to the owners who r Pakistani like myself . I have decided I’ll never come to chick fiesta ever again , I value my self respect more than dealing with unprofessional , untrained bipolar staff . Congrats to the owners for losing a loyal customer tdy next time I advise u guys to pls hire professional staff . Update as of November 2023: I don't know why restaurants can't take feedback and become so defensive and question MY honesty. I ordered a whole chicken and did NOT receive a whole chicken. Describing how you prepare your food and the process behind every order does not cancel out the fact that you did not add the correct amount of pieces that I ordered. And asking me to let you know how to serve my chicken is just nonsense LOL. I don't even know what that has to do with my review. And I stand by the fact that two microscopic sauces is not enough for a whole chicken + a large side of fries.

Update: Do not order with them on uber eats. I ordered a whole chicken, did not receive a whole chicken + got random pieces (no chicken thighs for example) and a bunch of wings???? Ordered peri fries and got plain fries.

I’m giving it this rating because I find it a little strange that they give you one single mini peri sauce container when you order a whole chicken and large side.

And when I asked for more peri sauce, he said he would have to charge! I just wouldn’t come back, because other peri peri chicken places have no issue providing more sauce, especially with such a huge order.

You shouldn’t have to pay extra for sauce, especially when you’re given ONE (singular). Also when I asked for extra sauces she said it’s in the chicken LOL... obviously it’s in the chicken!!!! It’s called a SIDE sauce
