Firstly do not mistaken this place for the wonderful Bloominghill Flowers at Bathurst and Steeles.

Really disappointed. I ordered from here for Mother's day. The woman on the phone was extremely difficult to deal with. Sneezing, coughing, and blowing her nose multiple times on the call made me feel really uneasy. Although i told her my budget was $100 taxes in, she charged me $152. Now i buy a lot of flowers, i know a thing or two. When my mom send me a picture of the "bouquet", my heart dropped, it looked like a bit nicer than grocery store and small. Definitely not 130+tax. On Monday morning the day after mothers day two of the roses began to die, and by Wednesday the bouquet was dead.

A horrible experience top to bottom. Im trying to support local but this feels like i was taken advantage of, it feels sleazy, i need to shower after dealing with these crooks.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Background story: I live in Kingston and wanted to send my friend in Toronto flowers for her birthday. I am a very last minute kind of gal, so naturally I looked for a florist the day-of my friend's birthday. I found Bloominghill Flowers Avenue Rd online and I was so impressed.

Within TWO HOURS, I had ordered my desired floral bouquet (see options on their website) with Peter over the phone, and they were delivered to my friend's doorstep. Can you believe this??? Despite the current COVID-19 pandemic, I received incredible (and efficient) customer service. WOW.
