Worse experience ever. I have been calling this branch since Nov30/2021 to speak with a business specialist regarding the HASCAP LOAN.. I have called several times and each time the person I spoke with took all my information ...my business name ....my email, my telephone # and each time I was told that Kristyn ( didn't know who she was until today) will call me back ....well she never did even though she said she called me several times and sent me several emails. March 2 I called again and spoke with Lemord who said he will look into the matter ( didnt...hear anything again) ...I finally went into the branch on Sat and spoke with a different manager, George who said he would look into the matter and would call me back on Monday ( yesterday) I missed his call since I run a business and had customers in my store...I called him back and left him a voice message and replied to his email same day .....this is extremely long story..short of the matter is I have no idea who Kristyn was calling and emailing but it DEFINITELY WASNT ME.... then the district manager Sera basically stood up for Kristyn and even though I had all the requirements and was within the time period if they had called me back since Nov30 they refused to put through my application saying I'm not qualified. It's such a story that its disgusting the way they all cover for each other.. No more business with TD....no one gives a daam about the clients at this...

I have been dealing with my mother’s estate at this location. The first time I went in the teller refused to help me, saying there was no record of anything from my mom on their system. They were all very harsh with the way they spoke to me (considering it’s an estate you would think it would be dealt with some compassion) after multiple visits having to leave work early and get the estate department on the phone as I am literally talking to the tellers, they managed to find my mothers account. After being told multiple times that they “close at 6 and they refuse to call the estate department after 430” The supervisor books me an appt I told her the earliest I could get there would be 440. As I left work early once again I arrived at 437pm and noticed an email that my appt for 4pm was cancelled. It was never booked for 4pm After 10 plus visits here the estate department has finally got the information for the money to be released, I called branch today spoke to a supervisor who kept referring to me as “hun” said she would call me right back and of course did not. I now have to leave work early again tomorrow to try and wrap this up. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. The staff are being rude, not helpful, speak demeaning to clients, the lines are always so long. Horrible service! My sister also dealt with a bunch of issues with them regarding my mother’s...

My experience has been consistently dreadful at this branch. From the moment you step foot inside, you're greeted not with a friendly atmosphere, but with an aura of disdain and rudeness.

The staff, whether it's the tellers or even the managers, seem to have undergone special training in providing the worst customer service imaginable. They handle your transactions with an attitude that suggests you're inconveniencing them by simply being there.

The rudeness doesn't stop at the counter either; it permeates every aspect of their service. I've had the misfortune of dealing with multiple employees at this branch, and each encounter leaves me more frustrated than the last. It's as if they take pleasure in making banking as unpleasant as possible.

It's not just the attitude problem that plagues this bank; their efficiency leaves much to be desired. Waiting times are exasperatingly long, even for simple transactions. It's baffling how a bank can operate so inefficiently in this day and age.

Overall, I strongly advise anyone considering banking at TD Bank, Avenue and Brookdale, to steer clear unless they have a high tolerance for disrespect and inefficiency. There are plenty of other banks in the area that actually value their customers and provide competent service. Save yourself the headache and choose literally any...
