I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Device Mart definitely deserves one. I just bought a MacBook here and was helped by Moustafa and Fadel and honestly, they were the best. From the moment i spoke with fadel on the phone i knew this is a good place, i walked in Moustafa was very welcoming, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed.

They both took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel rushed. You can tell they really enjoy what they do and truly care about the customer’s experience. Buying tech can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they made it easy and actually enjoyable.

Although the laptop couldn't be fixed due to the unavailability of a part, the team still took the time to check if it could be repaired without it. They also provided us with valuable information to get it repaired directly by the manufacturer.

As for the smartphone, we only needed to replace the rear camera glass. Even though this particular model isn’t sold in Canada, they managed to find the right part and replace it quickly, all at a very competitive price.
