EDIT (May,2021): I've changed it to 1 star because I've gone back afterwards and they made another mistake in labelling of priced items (e.g. labelled as $3.99 but it was actually $6.99). They not only didn't honour their mistake, but also accused me of making the error. It's their choice to honour the price difference (I don't mind), but I'm starting to see a trend of potential bait-and-switch practices or bad training of employees.

I used to go p often to get their cheesecake, end of day hot food sales (ok, but not worth it full price), and taiyakis (only good when fresh, not so good after sitting there). They also had great sales on random chip flavours that were fun to try. Other products are available, but often $1-2 more than grocery stores.

Then I stopped going. I got instant noodles and I saw a really good sale. It turns out it was their mistake, however, they wouldn't honour it and shifted the blame to me not reading the sign properly (the sign said ind. pack instead of a pack of 5). The heck? That's when I decided to be petty and no longer go back to their store. I got to Chinatown...

I attend UofT and didn’t know about this place until I decided to check it out. I’ve been there three times. The first time, when I was headed to the checkout, an older Korean woman ushered me to her so she could check me out. I felt it was a bit forced to come to her while the white guy and Asian guy were able to use the self-checkout. I felt off but shrugged it off. Today, I wanted to take my time and look at the food because they switch up their menu, but the same older Korean woman was following me around, adjusting food near me, and whatever I touched, she touched. She kept standing where I was standing, so I quickly grabbed what I could and left. If you are Black, POC, or visibly Muslim, you will be followed. I gave one star because their food prices aren’t bad, but I won’t be going there again. You have to have self-respect. I think I read below a gentleman also having the same experience as I. I wish I read that review I would have never...

The worst grocery/ convenience store in the whole city. They dont care about there customers. this store was way better before the owner sold it. When it was gs fine foods; The employees at galleria supermarket are really rude and dont try n help out the customer. The food looks old and dated and they are trying to sell old stock I came in and saw pop that was already expired sad... Instead of wasting money with renovations they need to update stock and stop trying to get one off on the customer. Dont come here go to metro or the other 24 hour supermarket down the street. I had to beg the cashier to give me change so i wouldnt have to walk all the way to metro with my daughter She refused to give me any. very disappointing considering the fact i used to come here everyday. I will not be giving this place anymore...

The Galleria on Bloor is a great option for those looking for quick meals, quality products, and good service. The store is located just a few blocks from the Green and Yellow subway lines, several bus stops, and tourist attractions. Outside, there are a few tables and chairs for dining. Inside, there's a wide variety of cold drinks, frozen foods, prepared meals, hygiene products, cosmetics, sweets, and much more. In addition to humanitarian services, the store also has two self-service checkouts. The store has doors with automatic closing and opening buttons, allowing access to wheelchair users, walkers and canes, and other customers with disabilities.

I think the glee that COURSED through my veins when I saw the Asian snacks here was a little unhealthy ngl. I mean they literally had MILO, my favourite drink ever ever ever. it’s a little too sweet (and it costs a good $8) for my liking but MILO?? they also had every Korean condiment imaginable and lots of other stuff things for Asian cooking. there was also an insane amount of ready to eat meals, sweets, snacks, frozen foods, just a sOothing bAlm for my paRchEd soUl. prices were also quite reasonable!
