A pack of next cigarettes down the street is 15$ with credit charge. At this store it's 19$ for the same pack. It was 1.75$ for a can of coca cola, which is at most 1.50 somewhere else. A bag of chips is about 8$ usually 6 $ max at a different convenience store. They had random assorted chocolate in an open red bull fridge just scattered and I asked if it was on sale and he said yes, when I asked how much and he said 3.40$ I was mind blown. These prices should be illegal. I don't care if your open 24 hours. I didn't bother to ask how much the chocolate on the racks in front of him was because I was fed up at this point. With inflation and all already effecting us it seems this store in particular is trying to take advantage of it. Hoping that consumers who are in a rush and want to get it over with will pay these ridiculous prices. They should be ashamed of themselves. Landsdown and Bloor isn't exactly the area and demographic for people who can necessarily give in to these prices. Shame, shame...

At 10:30pm called prior to walking to this location asking if they carried distilled water, they said yes. Walked down, arrived in five minutes to find nothing. Asked where it was and he claimed a customer had just walked in a purchased the last one. Then proceeded to talk to the other employee in Hindi and tell them that they basically lied and we would believe whatever they said. Sorry buddy but my fully fluent friend heard everything and responded in Hindi. Don’t say you have it if you don’t and don’t lie, I can understand everything you just said. This distilled water you claimed to have was specifically for a CPAP machine, a medical device for helping someone breathe. If you don’t have just say you don’t, don’t lie then create a bullshit story after we specifically walk down for it, then chat in Hindi like we are stupid.
