Mr. Pretzels Dufferin Mall — Local services in Toronto

I've wanted to try this pretzel place for a couple years now and finally decided to do so. It was a pretty dissapointing experience.

Its always smelled great walking past and they have some really interesting flavours that sounded good so I got 5 4 different ones to try and got 6 in total. When I tried them they really didn't WOW me at all. Wasn't terrible but wasn't fantastic either. I found their prices to be expensive, and that's why I took so long to buy. I will say the pretzels are quite large, so I guess I can forgive the price. Lastly, some of my pretzels were undercooked and a bit dough-y i felt a bit sick after eating a couple of them. I'm not sure if it's just this location. I don't think I'll go...

This past Sunday, I visited this establishment, and my experience left much to be desired. My order consisted of:

1 pretzeldog: It was fine. 1 pretzel bites: The pretzels did not seem fresh. 2 cheese sticks: I had to wait 15 minutes to receive them, and when they were served, they were raw, cold, and missing the characteristic sesame seeds. When I complained, they made another portion, but I had to wait approximately another 15 minutes.

Visited this place for the first time and it was the WORST, WORST PRETZEL PLACE I've been to! Expensive pretzel bites and poorly made. It was on a small cup, poured butter and parmesan for $5.40! Counted it about 10 small pieces! NOT freshly baked! THE WORST PRETZEL PLACE! They don't even have toothpicks for the pretzel bites that I have to use my fingers. To think that Dollarama is just right there (shaking my head) DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRETZEL PLACE!

I would prefer Annie's & Mrs....
